Luxury 2-bedroom villa in a popular location of Playa Flamenca with its own private pool and has everything you will need for a home from home holiday in the sun. It is maintained to a very high standard with stylish furnishings throughout. The villa is in a quiet location but close to all amenities. The villa sleeps up to 6 people in one King, Twin room and Comfy Sofa bed. As proud owners we invest year on year in improving the already exceptional high standard of the property, fwe have recently upgraded the lounge with new sofas and accessories and completely decorated throughout.

"Don't miss a chance to stay at this lovely villa"

This villa is absolutely fab. We've just spent four weeks and it's better than home from home. Everything just as advertised, if not better. Heating in all the rooms if it's a bit chilly in the evening, UK TV, lovely private sunbathing areas, nice pool but a bit too cold for us old codgers at this time of year. Short of nothing, this place is the best we've stayed at in a long time. We've stayed in this area before and there are lots of nice properties, but you must be careful as some of them are miles from bars, restaurants etc. This one is perfect, just 50 or 60 yards to the nearest bars and restaurants.

We found this villa to be as lovely as it looks in the photos in fact i would say that it is even better !!! It was spotlessly clean and had everything that you need to have an enjoyable stay ie. inflatable’s to use in the pool, hair drier, tea towels etc.

Perfect Holiday Villa

We have had many very happy holidays here and we really do think of the villa as a second home.

The Villa is in a great location for the lots for great places to eat and nice bars. The friendly bar is just what it says and you can get a brilliant Scottish breakfast at the Racing Toast.

Our favourite place to eat at the commercial centre is Leonardo’s really good Italian food and you will get a great curt from Shakira’s.

The local Lidl is excellent with a really good bakery and excellent meat and wine.

The beach is also lovely and about a 10 minute drive and a couple of water parks also a short drive away. The safari park at Elche is well worth a visit if you have young children.

We eat in a lot at the villa the big BBQ is excellent for doing an evening meal with plenty of space in the back.

We spend most of our time in the pool and the conservatory is brilliant as well especially for relaxing at night.

The Villa is always clean and very comfortable and modern.

Strongly recommend for a family holiday only 40 minutes from Alicante airport.

The owners were extremely helpful right from the point of booking and arranged an earlier checkin as our flight arrived earlier and we were travelling with a toddler.

The taxi driver struggled to find the property but as soon as we opened the gate and stepped in we were made up. The layout is ideal for families. A safe area round the back for the little ones to play away from the pool.

The inside of the property is well looked after with tasteful decoration and comfy furniture.

Everything we needed was there.

The location was perfect for us too. It was our first holiday away with our son who was just turning two. The small centre within toddler walking distance was perfect with a couple of restaurant choices, a shop and a friendly bar. Everyone was really friendly, lots of English around who made us feel welcome. The la zenia shopping centre is a taxi drive away but has all you will need and the majority of shops were open despite being out of season. Can really imagine it's a fab place to be in season.

We will definitely be returning.

Don't think about it just book it's perfect.

Amazing Villa

The villa was exactly as the photographs described. The Pool was beautiful and large enough for my husband, 2 sons and myself. The sun lounger area was brilliant as you could relax on the loungers, shower in the out door shower before dropping into the pool. We have rented villas in Spain for 5 years and this villa was the best equipped. The use of the shopping trolley was fantastic to bring our shopping home from the supermarket. All the small touches were welcome, shower gel by the out door pool, loo roll in the bathroom. The Power shower was fantastic and I think I will be investing in one at home. The villa is perfectly designed, the living area is very spacious with 2 large sofas. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything that you would need. All the appliances were top spec. The washing machine was excellent to use. The conservatory was lovely however as we came in July we did not use it, however it would be great addition for Spring/Winter. The outside BBQ area was fantastic and the BBQ was easy to use. We used the BBQ twice and the BBQ dining area was perfect. We did not use the roof top solarium as it was so hot in July (45 degrees around 4pm). Full box of inflatables for the kids to use which was great and the kids loved the big crocodile. Wi fi was fast and well used. The owners Christine and Bill were fantastic, communication was brilliant, I had an opportunity to chat to Christine and Bill on the phone and they were so friendly and genuine. It was an absolute honour to have been able to stay in their villa. Thank you. Ok so what about the area. If like us you really do want to relax on holiday then you do not need a car. Taxi to Torrevieja Promenade was approx. $12 euro from the playa flamenco commercial centre. Taxi from PFCC to Zenia Boulevard was £4.50 Euro. The Playa Flamenca Commercial centre has numerous restaurants and bars, very family friendly. Our favourites were Chinese restaurant (New World) and if you are after an authentic indian curry(hot) go to the Shagrika (I would give Agra Palace a miss). About 15-20 mins walk from here you can hit Saturday Market and Zenia boulevard. Zenia Boulevard is fab, lovely clean shopping centre, with Zara, Benetton, Pandora etc. Not to be missed is the pink ice cream stall, choose your base ice cream and add some toppings (I had strawberry and chocolate) Divine. The mall toilets were outstanding. Our favourite bar was a cocktail bar below the Mini Golf.

Second visit, this time for 6 weeks and again absolutely blown away. Beautiful villa, close to local bars and restaurants, literally 60mtrs, even out of season there are enough open to give a varied choice. Lovely comfortable lounge for catching up with Brit TV, WIFI, fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds and nice power shower. Lots of room outside for soaking up the rays, either by the pool or out at the back, good neighbourly neighbours, what more could you ask for. Will we go again, most certainly, I feel I’ve know Christine for ages, yet we’ve never met. Communications are brill and any little queries sorted straight away by her contacts in Spain. Just brilliant, couldn’t have been happier with location, villa and service. Don’t miss this one.

The villa is situated in the very popular Playa Flamenca resort near Torrevieja, Costa Blanca. It is just a short walk to the excellent Blue Flag Playa Flamenca Beaches, which are situated between the bays of Punta Prima and La Zenia. Both Beaches are connected by a beautiful promenade, which is impressively landscaped. It has a large open event area which many benches to allow visitors to relax and enjoy the sea views. Visitors can also enjoy a peaceful stroll along the promenade.


Alicante Airport 44 miles.

Murcia Airport 20 miles.

A car is useful but not essential.



The following are the distances to the cities in the area -

Torrevieja 5 miles,

Alicante 50 miles,

Murcia 40 miles and

Cartagena 32 miles.

Further Details:

Locally there are numerous restaurants, bars, and nightly attractions and entertainment to suit all tastes at the Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre – 10 mins walk and a short walk to the local Bars and Restaurant complex.

The Saturday market should not be missed (Near the Celtic Bar).

There are several large supermarkets close by.

La Zenia Beach is a very popular beach. The beach is renowned for its cleanliness and white sand. There are plenty of amenities available including the 4 star Hotel La Zenia,

Family activities : for a great day out please go to Aquapolis the local Water Park at Torrieveja which is only 5 km away from the Villa.

For the more adventurous Benidorm is only Ninety minutes drive away, via the N332 or AP7 (toll road) it has a great water park and many other theme park attractions.

Booking Notes:
A non refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to secure your booking, the balance must be paid 8 weeks before holiday commences.
We hold a £150 security deposit against loss of keys and damage, refundable once the property has been satisfactorily inspected, this is paid with the final balance.

There is a local charge payable of €70 which covers the preparation of the property after your stay. The primary client must be over 25 years old, we are unable to accept single sex groups.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is Saturdays during mid to high season, we can be flexible during lower seasons bookings.
Check in time 4pm. Check out time is 12 noon.

Notes on prices:

The property does not have weekend tariffs.

Prices are based on 4 guests - an additional fee of £25.00 per person per week is applicable for parties over 4 guests.
All parties exceeding 4 guests must make this clear at the time of booking.

  • Notes on accommodation: The whole villa is cooled by one large air-conditioning unit (Charge £30 per week). Ceiling fans, desk and a free-standing fan are provided at no charge. Wall mounted Heating is provided for cooler evenings in all rooms. Children are welcome. A Cot and high chair can be provided by arrangement. Low season bookings can request a gas heater by prior arrangement. We have a no smoking policy inside the house. We do not allow pets. Outside: The 6 by 4 metre private pool has steps and lighting, is to the front of the villa in a walled corner of the garden with a tiled patio, with sun loungers. The pool is overlooked by the large conservatory that has sliding doors that open fully during the hot Summer months. The front garden is equipped with 4 loungers a large parasol, an outdoor dining table and chairs and a stylish garden set by the pool. At the rear of the villa a large terrace garden provides an alfresco dining suite with 6 chairs and a large gas BBQ. The rear twin room benefits from a private terrace with seating for 4. On the roof your will find a solarium space to catch the first and last rays of the day, two loungers are provided with a table and chairs for two. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The property is cleaned before each guest arrives -The Cleaning charge is €70 payable on departure. All beds are freshly made before each set of guests arrive. Towels are provided - please bring your own Beach towels. Cleans are on changeover days. Other: SPACIOUS CONSERVATORY – stylish comfy corner suite and lovely glass dining table and chairs. Tinted glass gives privacy and keeps some of the heat out, the conservatory overlooks the pool and garden area and is great for relaxing and entertaining in.
