Great location - fairy tale land

The best thing about the house are the size and the location. Internally the décor is hit and miss. The main room and en suite are lovely but the rest could do with an upgrade. It depends on what your priorities are. We felt aspects of the management could have been better - light bulbs missing in the kitchen, no double duvet available, the plumber never came and no one checked, the batteries in the remote were defunct. Fairly basic stuff to get right but none of it was a deal breaker. Thorpeness is lovely and the house is perfectly located.
