Contemporary and luxurious ground floor 2 double bedroom (sleeps 4) apartment with a private terrace for sunbathing or dining, overlooking the two huge swimming pools. For those wanting a bit of shade from the midday sun there is a covered terrace for relaxing and also airconditioning in all rooms.
The apartment is well equiped with Wifi, printer, xbox and UK TV .
A few minutes walk to the resort centre, restaurants, club house and 1st Tee with the well stocked supermarket a one minute walk away.

I have been letting property in the UK for the last 15 years and understand the requirements to make an ideal holiday home.
I bought the apartment five years ago as it the perfect place to wind down and relax. I am an avid golfer and kite surfer so the locality of a fabulous Golf course on site and many others nearby, along with a shallow kite beach 15 minutes from the apartment proved irresistible.

I chose the area Costa Calida as it has the warmest all year climate in Spain. The Apartment is only 20 mins from the coast and 15 minutes from the Airport. It is also in a central location with easy access Murcia city and the historic port of Cartegena.
La Torre Golf Resort has beautiful grounds, wide open boulevards, pretty landscaping and fantastic onsite facilities.
I decided on the ground floor apartment because it is in a perfect position with a large south facing terrace that overlooks the pools. Both the resort center, Golf clubhouse and supermarket are no more than a few minutes walk away.
The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. It has air-conditioning in all rooms and central heating, so is suitable for year round use.
The pools and grounds are always kept immaculately and if it's Tennis, Golf, Kitesurfing or just sunbathing and eating well, this is your perfect holiday destination.
Lovely sunny apartment, with all equipment needed inside plus the owner was first class dealing with.

This summer my wife, daughter and I stayed in this excellent apartment. The main attraction, now that we have stayed in several apartments on La Torre resort ( over the last 4 -5 years) would be its location on the resort.
It is located close to the main entrance, shop and resort centre / bars / restaurants and of course the golf club and golf course. A lot of other apartments and town house are quite some distance away from all of the above. This apartment allows you to park up and enjoy your break, otherwise you can spend a lot of time and effort driving to and from the shop etc.
Car hire is handy but not essential; as shop (reasonably priced Spar) and resort centre (Bars and restaurants) are within Very easy walking distances.
This apartment is extremely well finished and equipped. a lot of time has been taken to make sure you have all you need for a relaxed holiday. Jason (the owner) has golf clubs and tennis rackets left in the apartment for your use. He has also made a very helpful folder which includes maps and information on the local area. It also contains instructions for everything in the apartment.
This apartment has a very useful covered area on the terrace, ideal for breakfast / lunch out of the sun. The terrace then extends towards the garden area around the main pools. table-chairs-umbrella-sun loungers etc are all provided, as are towels for use at the pool or beach. Folding chairs /loungers are also available to take to the beach or pool.
Security is well covered; all windows have shutters and good quality locks and bolts. The main door has a multi point locking system. Along with a wall mounted safe for passports & valuables.
All in all, a quality well finished - well located apartment with easy access to the pools, shops and amenities.
The owners photos, ( of excellent quality ) really do represent the apartment well, they have been recently taken and in no way give a false impression of the apartment. “Does what it says on the tin”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to go back again. A great holiday.

Changeover day is flexible, but guests are requested to vacate the apartment by 10am on the day of departure. A later departure time may be possible although this is dependent on existing bookings, please ask when booking.
Notes on prices:
Prices are per week in UK pounds. Bookings of less than a week can be arranged and charged at £35 per night 1 October to 30th May and £50 per night 1 June to 30 September.
