Contemporary and luxurious ground floor 2 double bedroom (sleeps 4) apartment with a private terrace for sunbathing or dining, overlooking the two huge swimming pools. For those wanting a bit of shade from the midday sun there is a covered terrace for relaxing and also air conditioning in all rooms.

The apartment is well equipped with WiFi, printer, x box and UK TV .

A few minutes walk to the resort centre, restaurants, club house and 1st Tee with the well stocked supermarket a one minute walk away.

I have been letting property in the UK for the last 15 years and understand the requirements to make an ideal holiday home.

I bought the apartment five years ago as it the perfect place to wind down and relax. I am an avid golfer and kite surfer so the locality of a fabulous Golf course on site and many others nearby, along with a shallow kite beach 15 minutes from the apartment proved irresistible.

Why Jason Torbett chose Torre-Pacheco

I chose the area Costa Calida as it has the warmest all year climate in Spain. The Apartment is only 20 mins from the coast and 15 minutes from the Airport. It is also in a central location with easy access Murcia city and the historic port of Cartegena.

La Torre Golf Resort has beautiful grounds, wide open boulevards, pretty landscaping and fantastic onsite facilities.

I decided on the ground floor apartment because it is in a perfect position with a large south facing terrace that overlooks the pools. Both the resort center, Golf clubhouse and supermarket are no more than a few minutes walk away.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. It has air-conditioning in all rooms and central heating, so is suitable for year round use.

The pools and grounds are always kept immaculately and if it's Tennis, Golf, Kitesurfing or just sunbathing and eating well, this is your perfect holiday destination.

Outside: The interior lounge area looks out onto the shaded terrace with a table and two chairs. The sun terrace has a table and four chairs to dine comfortably under a large umbrella. Four sun loungers for sitting back and enjoying the sunshine. There are also extra 2 folding sun-chairs that can be used by the pool-side. Utility Room: Tumble dryer,store cupboard, Hoover, Ironingboard and iron. Two spare sets golf clubs(right handed player). Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels, pool towels and bed linen are provided. There is a compulsory cleaning charge of 60 Euros, payable locally to the keyholders at the apartment. Other: Outside store cupboard with kids toys and games and garden furniture.

Super relaxing!

Great apartment, it is what it says on the tin, lovely terrace,supermarket just across the road which was great for fresh bread in the morning and other consumables , easy communication with the owner Jason. Couple of decent golf sets available to use and all the home entertainment you could wish for including superb wifi.

The resort itself is a little quiet ( which was what we wanted) although a car is recommended to venture out as the on site restaurants were limited. There are however great restaurants nearby , try OWE in Roldan for Tapas , superb meal there ,and the beaches are only 15-20mins away. All in all we had a super relaxing stay and will definitely go back.

Relaxing break, excellent apartment.

Very enjoyable stay. The apartment has everything you need and was very clean. The best part is the large south facing terrace that gets the sun from 9am to 6pm (in May) with very comfy sun loungers. Pool area also nice and clean.

The resort was very quiet but that made it a nice,relaxing holiday. Jason very helpful with any queries.

Little gem

Lovely apartment, only 15 mins from the airport. it has a large patio area which leads to the swimming pool. It was quiet on the resort in April ..perfect for us but you would need a car if you wanted to go out further for beaches, shopping and restaurants.

Summer 2014 – July.

This summer my wife, daughter and I stayed in this excellent apartment. The main attraction, now that we have stayed in several apartments on La Torre resort ( over the last 4 -5 years) would be its location on the resort.

It is located close to the main entrance, shop and resort centre / bars / restaurants and of course the golf club and golf course. A lot of other apartments and town house are quite some distance away from all of the above. This apartment allows you to park up and enjoy your break, otherwise you can spend a lot of time and effort driving to and from the shop etc.

Car hire is handy but not essential; as shop (reasonably priced Spar) and resort centre (Bars and restaurants) are within Very easy walking distances.

This apartment is extremely well finished and equipped. a lot of time has been taken to make sure you have all you need for a relaxed holiday. Jason (the owner) has golf clubs and tennis rackets left in the apartment for your use. He has also made a very helpful folder which includes maps and information on the local area. It also contains instructions for everything in the apartment.

This apartment has a very useful covered area on the terrace, ideal for breakfast / lunch out of the sun. The terrace then extends towards the garden area around the main pools. table-chairs-umbrella-sun loungers etc are all provided, as are towels for use at the pool or beach. Folding chairs /loungers are also available to take to the beach or pool.

Security is well covered; all windows have shutters and good quality locks and bolts. The main door has a multi point locking system. Along with a wall mounted safe for passports & valuables.

All in all, a quality well finished - well located apartment with easy access to the pools, shops and amenities.

The owners photos, ( of excellent quality ) really do represent the apartment well, they have been recently taken and in no way give a false impression of the apartment. “Does what it says on the tin”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to go back again. A great holiday.

Special interest holidays:

I am a very keen kite surfer and the area around the Mar menor is one of the best safest, warmest and uncrowded areas to learn or progress.

Anyone wishing to have a go should get in contact and I can advise on the best places to kite and schools to use.


The beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor are 15 to 20 minute drive away. The region has one of the greatest yearly number of sunny days, an average temperature of 21º C. The Mar Menor with warm, shallow and calm waters is Europe's largest inland lagoon. With clean beaches and the absence of tides, makes it an excellent location for sunbathing and watersports. The nearest is Los Narejos but the nature reserve and beautiful beaches of Calblanque is a must visit.


Nearest airport San Javier, Murcia just 15 minutes away. Alicante Airport is a 50 minute journey. Airport transfers can be arranged. Car hire is not necessary if you just wish to laze around the pool using the facilities of the resort. Car hire is essential if you want to explore the region and visit the local beaches, but can be arranged on the resort. Mainline train station 10 minutes' drive away.

I use a local car company who is very competitive with the bigger companies, so please feel free


The nearest town of Roldan, with local shops and excellent bars and restaurants is a 5 minute drive from the resort.The historic cities of Murcia and Cartegena are within 25 minute drive both offering excellent shopping and architectural and cultural heritage and leisure facilities.

Beaches are 20 mins drive. Choice of 2 water parks within 40 mins drive. Conservation zoo within 30 mins drive. Torrevieja is 40 mins drive.

Booking Notes:
If you have any question please feel free to contact me and I will get back to you within 24 hours. Dates will be held while you tie in your flights and travel plans are made (usually 48 hours, but may be less in high season). A £100 non-refundable deposit is required on booking, with the balance plus a £100 returnable security deposit due 8 weeks prior to arrival. There is an additional €60 local charge for laundry, final clean,

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible, but guests are requested to vacate the apartment by 10am on the day of departure. A later departure time may be possible although this is dependent on existing bookings, please ask when booking.

Notes on prices:
Prices are per week in UK pounds. Bookings of less than a week can be arranged and charged at £35 per night 1 October to 30th May and £50 per night 1 June to 30 September.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
