About Belinda Fulton

Hello,

Lewis and I live in London with our daughter Mackenzie, our greyhound and two cats.We have a interiors shop there and have loved the opportunity to decorate the cottage in the same vain.

Why Belinda Fulton chose St Ives area

It is interesting, how coming from London, you would think that we want a remote type of holiday, but we crave the cosmopolitan vibe of this beautiful town.As Kellys Gardens is in the heart of St Ives,it means that the three of us can do our own thing.Lewis and Mack live on Porthmeor beach. You will find them camped between the beach cafe and the surf school.I love the beaches too,but I like to wander around the art galleries, the small independent shops and pick up some lunch from The Allotment Deli. There is so much for everyone here, it is impossible to list....we love it!

What makes this cottage unique

Kellys Gardens is very special to us and we have put a lot of effort into making it special. Not only is the position of the cottage very convenient, the inside is very cosy and relaxing. We love being here in the winter.I like to paint and I love the sea at this time of year.

Kellys Gardens is a small cul-de-sac with a gated patio area.We can been seen sitting out there in most climates with a glass of wine.

We can offer free parking on a site not too far away.

A beautiful cottage in the heart of St Ives

A fantastic little cottage in the heart of St Ives. This cottage has everything you need for a week away. We've stayed in lots of cottages before through Owners Direct and this one sure provides everything you need. The cottage kitchen is small but has everything you need to literally make a family roast dinner!

Although tiny, this cottage has been designed so that it doesn't actually feel small. My husband is 6"3' so I was nervous about him walking into the cottage and moaning! He didn't and loved this place and we all found this cottage to be perfect. All the beds are super comfy with lovely bedding. And the bunk beds were loved by the children. The owners have high standards and their little touches throughout the cottage were appreciated as well as the artwork. The log burner was wonderful and eventhough it was freezing outside, we didn't really use the heating because the log burner was able to heat the whole house.

The welcome box on arrival was a great touch and the scented candles were beautiful.

Location was great and the cottage was only a 2 min walk to the harbour. Cash points, independent cafes, shops as well as two Co-Ops are literally all 30 seconds away! Parking wasn't a problem for us. We took advantage of the cottage car park space which was a 10 walk away. We were able to load and unload the car outside the cottage though which was helpful.

Definitely consider booking again if we return to St Ives.
