Villa in Placidity Avenue, Clermont, Florida Orlando/Kissimmee, USA - Beautiful New Development 20 mins From Disney World, And Just 30/35 Minutes From Universal Studios!!

Luxury town home which was completed in August 2014, the property boasts three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a luxury fitted kitchen as well as private patio area with a splash pool, the home comes with cable TV and wifi . The property is positioned close to the communal club house which has a full sized swimming pool,and jacuzzi as well as a gym and mini arcade area for kids, the clubhouse opened in June 2015. We have used an interior designer to fully furnish our home and have made sure that we have high quality furnishings throughout and used a company who have furnished Disney hotels, guests will have everything they need to feel at home, we have even purchased 32' TV's for all three bedrooms as well as a playstation 3 with games!!!

About the Owner

We are a mother, father, daughter & son in law family from essex who have been visiting the Orlando area on a regular basis for 20 years. We have long thought about purchasing a holiday home here and in 2014 we made the decision to purchase our home as a new build straight from plans. Jan and Malcolm are now retired and quite like the idea of spending some relaxing time in the sun during the U.K. winter time, whilst Les and Natalie have just been blessed with the arrival of baby Jack Carter and purchased the property with the long term intention of enjoying many happy family holidays here. We are not property investors looking to make a quick profit, we have bought our home as a long term investment and we are just looking to keep the property ticking over by renting it out whilst we are in the UK.

An absolute pleasure to stay at this beautiful townhouse

The house is located in the quiet town of Claremont away from all the hustle and bustle of the attractions. We always like to stay in a modern build property with all the mod cons. The house ticked all the boxes for us. We had a couple of problems with the lighting but this was resolved the same day so there's nothing we could complain about. I would recommend to anyone who is wanting to do the theme parks during the day followed by a relaxing evening back at the house which is just what we did and it's only about 30 mins drive to all the Orlando attractions.

We would definitely go back :)

Amazing!

Look no further, if this villa is available for the dates that you want then take it, I took the whole family in June this year and we loved it, very spacious with on suite bathrooms, great seating area outside around the pool, nice interior (very modern) we loved everything about it! Where the villa is situated it is close to all of the attractions and it is a very peacful community, I definitely recommend going to the very close Hurricane Bar & Grill and also iHop (Pancakes are to die for) also UPDATE your satnav because the villa can be hard to find as it is newly built. will definitely be staying here again in the near future, thanks Les

Fantastic modern property with everything we needed for a small family of 3.

Spacious, modern and well located for all the theme parks, we are so happy we chose this property. Arriving from MCO International, it took us roughly 40 minutes with traffic. The property is in a very pleasant neighbourhood, 5 minutes off highway 27 and 10 minutes from the end of the 192. Tastefully decorated and fully equipt with all we needed for 9 nights, this was the ideal base for our Florida adventure. The communal area is very well kept and very lightly used, no problem getting a sunbed. Les was very helpful with any questions we had and overall without any doubt we would stop here again if available in the future.

Excellent

The property was marvellous, modern, well equipped, very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. The splash pool was great giving a chance to cool off. The clubhouse was a short distance away with pool, gym and games room including table tennis. The area was very peaceful ensuring a good nights sleep after a hard day at the parks. We would thoroughly recommend it!

Very nice property in pleasant location

Stayed for 12 days in April 16 and really enjoyed the villa. Located at the end of a quiet residential area the property is within easy travelling time of the main Orlando attraction (20 min Disney, 30 mins Universal). Villa is very spacious and nicely finished. All the amenities you would expect, 3 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, combined lounge/ kitchen diner, and the splash pool is ideal for chilling out a the end of the day walking around theme parks.

There is a communal clubhouse and full size pool, although we did not have the time to try them. There is a Walmart superstore a couple of miles away for your shopping needs, and if you don't feel like cooking breakfast a Waffle House is located there as well (recommend the hash browns).

If we do go to Orlando again I would have no hesitation in using this property again.

We know Orlando and it's suburbs very well and decided to purchase in the Clermont area as it is very convenient for all the major parks and is also easy to access from The airport as the local transport links are very good meaning guests shouldn't have a long drive to our home when arriving into Orlando international airport. The Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Epcot, Animal Kingdom & Downtown Disney are all within a 20/25 minute drive from our home and Sea World & Universal Studios are only a 30/40 minute drive away. The home is on the edges of Clermont and has the US 27 and US 192 within very close proximity. The 1-4 is also just a short drive away and there are a number of restaurants, Shops & also a Wal Mart within a couple of miles of the house.

Nearest Airport : Orlando international (MCO) at 31 Miles

Coast/Beach:

Cocoa beach & Daytona beach are both around a 75 minute drive away

Travel:

Orlando international airport (mco) is approx 30 miles away and Sanford international airport is approx 65 miles away. Car hire is recommended to our guests for them to fully appreciate what orlando has to offer.

Our property was built in 2014 and therefore guests who book with us will have the benefit of staying in an ultra modern family home which has all the mod cons that you would expect, including cable tv & WIFI. The home is situated on the Dream development and all guests will have free access to the communal club house which boasts a full sized swimming pool and jacuzzi plus sun loungers to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather, internally there is a gym for those who want to work off those large meals and a mini arcade area for kids to spend some fun time, there is also a full sized table tennis table which can be used by guests. The property also boasts a smaller private splash pool which is ideal to cool off after those long days walking around the many theme parks which are close by.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included, the property is professionally cleaned before each guest stay with us. Other: At 9pm on select nights you can watch the spectacular firework show at the magic kingdom from the comfort of the master bedroom balcony, this really is well worth watching and as our home is only 2 miles as the crow flies from Disney the view is very good
