Electronic blinds and air con system. indoor pool (heated), an indoor large jacuzzi (heated) and a substantial gymnasium, very relaxing atmosphere through the year no matter when you travel here. We escape from the busy life in the Uk and relax here. Use the indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi in the winter and train in the fantastic Gym if you are a Gym fanatic.

Why Dr. Faramarz Didar chose Estepona

I believe stress is a contributory factor to premature aging. To fight with stress and pressurise day to day life in 21 century, we need to be unwind and relax. Although I love UK, I am so much relax in this place. this was the only idea behind buying such a place in Sun. Spain is the second touristic country in the world and Costa de sol is the first place in spain for such a relaxing time.

What makes this apartment unique

we are so relax in here. our staying is either with children or without them. My partner Janna is Russian . a good cosmetic Nurse, an excellent cardiac nurse and a very professional cook. we enjoy the fresh food, local wine and tranquillising time together when children are not around. with them, we have also great time of enjoyment like other parents. we watch them swimming, singing, playing and partying. The place is so vibrant for everybody at all ages. walking via the paramonade to Estepona, sipping wine in Laguna village few steps a way, chilling out in Kimpinski hotel nearby and of course work out in the Gym are all a bit of our activities when we stay over.

There is a local Spanish restaurant next to the complex with live flamenco dancing weekly.Selwo Safari Park is 5 minutes away, a massive outdoor zoo and fun day out. Crocodile Adventures, Tivoli World, Aquasplash and Funny Beach (in Marbella with bumper-cars, go-carts and mini-bikes) are also easy to reach by car. Mcdonalds is just 5 minutes walks from the complex.

stunning apartment is a gorgeous setting

The apartment is very spacious and roomy, very luxurious , the setting is stunning with landscaped gardens kept very clean, has 3 pools, the water is crystal clear, gym and tennis court for those who cannot relax in the sun, a car is advisable if you want to do some tours, Estepona (the old town) is lovely and the promenade in town is very nice
