Sleeps from 4 to 10 comfortably and a great farmhouse kitchen seats 10 for meals. Spacious and flexible accommodation for families and large groups comprising main house with 3 doubles with luxury en-suites and attached Cottage wing with 2 doubles and luxury bathroom. Two bedrooms have superking ziplinks which allows the rooms to be configured with one superking bed or two full-size single beds. All other rooms have superking and king sized beds. All linen provided is 100% cotton. Stunning Sitting Room with vaulted beamed ceiling and gorgeous chandeliers. Den with big comfy sofa and large, wall mounted TV. Fully-equipped farmhouse style Kitchen with Rangemaster Cooker with induction hob and lots of extras for the keen cook!

Beautiful home,

We were a group of five couples staying for a long weekend. It is a beautiful house, well presented with lovely furnishings, warm and very comfortable, well maintained and spotlessly clean. The description was more than accurate, it exceeded our (high) expectations. The instructions for the property and the advice and guidance on local services were clear and very useful. We would highly recommend this property to any couple or group that want to spoil themselves.

Cornwall retreat

This was our second visit to the Old Watermill and we were not disappointed.All the rooms are beautifully furnished and very comfortable .The lovely housekeeper organised a welcome pack of goodies and was a great baby and dog sitter .We hope to return to this fabulous house.

Great holiday in fabulous house

Our family group of eight plus toddler had a lovely week in the Old Watermill. The house was perfect for our group with enough space to spread out and also to congregate in the kitchen. The hosts had even set up a little fence to keep our little one away from the pond. We were very impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was. Every detail was perfect and the location is excellent, nice and peaceful but not too isolated and within easy reach of plenty of things to do. Fowey itself is a very nice town to visit and eat out in. Very highly recommended!

Simply put, the Old Watermill is stunning

If we could pick this property up and transport it to North Lincolnshire we would! The accommodation was beautiful, well equipped, even for baking, and it was exceptionally clean throughout. Fabulous communications with the agent from the outset. The mature gardens were stunning and very private. Would definitely stay again if in the area and recommend it to anyone. The walk into Fowey was further than expected down a narrow lane and a bit unnerving, but we all had a fabulous time in the house.

Beautiful house in a truly amazing location.

The Olld Watermill was without doubt the best property we have ever stayed in. Very private with the most amazing gardens and our very own pond with resident ducks. Everything was catered for, it felt like staying in a 5 star hotel with all the finishing touches , welcome pack, toiletries, plush towels and the best bedding. The main kitchen was supet equipped with everything you need for catering for a large party and was well laid out, the annex was also very well equipped. Overall we loved our stay and would 100% recommend . Cannot wait to visit again !

Amazing holiday rental

Just returned from a weeks stay at the Old Watermill and wanted to add my comments straight away. I have stayed in some fabulous holiday rentals in England and I always look for those extra special ones that make staying here in the UK truly extra special. This time I surpassed even my own expectations. This house and adjoining cottage were wonderful and allowed our family to spend the week together without us getting on top of each other. The Old Watermill has been tastefully renovated to the highest standards. Caroline the housekeeper does a superb job and everywhere was spotlessly clean for our arrival. Bill and Carole ensure a warm welcome with the beautiful hamper on arrival (including treats for the doggies) and I can honestly say myself and my family could not have asked for a better week down in lovely Fowey. I would definitely recommend the Old Watermill to anyone.
