Woodlands, a delightful cottage, near Morpeth Northumberland England - Peaceful Location 10 Minutes Drive To The Beach

This lovely cottages is set in 75 acres of woodlands with lovely walks, with a 2 Golf courses:all weather tennis courts, and cricket grounds. A 2 minutes walk in the grounds to an acclaimed Spa which has jacuzzi, gym, spa and beauty treatments all at reasonable prices. Morpeth Town is a 3 minute drive, it has great restaurants cosy pubs and coffee shops lovely array of shops free parking and lots of TAXIS. Carlisle Park is in Morpeth centre with lovely facilities for children, a paddling pool and play area also boating on the river in the Park is a great attraction. There is a large Supermarket, Marks and Spencer's, Lidl and many speciality shops. Doctors. dentist and Vets ate located in the centre of Morpeth. Alnwick Castle and Gardens is only 25 minutes drive 4 Miles from the cottage is the nature conservation site Druridge Bay with wonderful beaches and walks. Along this part of the Northumberland coast is an host of wonderful villages with great walks and views along with seafood outlets at Craster, kippers and lobster and crab, are famous at Seahouses.also delicious fish and chip restaurants they are all just a short drive up the coast.

Newcastle upon Tyne is only 25 minutes by car or 15 minutes by train to find fantastic shopping and Night-life. The Metro centre with hundreds of shops restaurants, bowling alley, funfair,and cinemas is just 25 minutes drive away. This is a wonderful area where you can find something to suit you and your family. The area boasts fine museums art galleries and all the other items listed above

It is a magical place with something for everyone. You can even take day trip north to Edinburgh this takes 50 minutes or the other way south to York 50 mins by train from Morpeth
