One of a small development of detached houses situated in the traditional Spanish village of Villablanca, which provides many local amenities such as shops, bars, restaurants, play areas etc, all within walking distance of the property. the house is surrounded by a fully enclosed lawned garden area with rear patio, and the upstairs terrace offers far reaching views across the river Guadiana to Portugal and open countryside. The property includes a fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. the well furnished lounge / dining area has English TV and free WiFi / internet connect. One of the double bedrooms is located on the ground floor which has a double shower cubicle with wc. The property has the use of a communal pool.

We have just returned from a super week at this spacious, well equipped villa in the rustic village of Villablanca. The location was ideal for a tour of Portugal, a day in Seville and numerous trips to various beaches. We look forward to returning next year. Thank you to Jim for his help.

A number of Spanish and Portuguese beaches can be found within a 15 minute drive including Isla Canela/Punta del Moral, Lepe / La Antilla and Villa real de San Antonio across the Portuguese border
