This penthouse apartment offers exceptional facilities with spacious interior lounge and dining area as well as seating and dining on the balcony, concertina doors between the lounge and balcony can be folded back offering an impressive open space. Extensive views of the sea, Gibraltar and the active marina makes this an ideal location offering privacy as well as an ideal environment for entertaining with alfresco dining. Parking for 2 vehicles is provided underground with a lift directly to the apartment. Extensive facilities are provided within these well maintained grounds including indoor and outdoor pools, gymnasium, Jacuzzi and spa facilities. It is a short walking distance to Sotogrande harbour with a number of excellent restaurants and bars to choose from as well as the Sunday market. Within a short driving distance you can enjoy polo, tennis, paddle, beach clubs as well as numerous golfing opportunities. Sotogrande is located a short drive of 20 minutes from Gibraltar and 1 hour from Malaga airport on the toll road. Local villages including San Enrique, Torreguadiaro and Pueblo Nuevo are all a short drive offering restaurants and shopping opportunities.

Recently returned from our second stay at this fantastic luxury penthouse apartment. Superb furnishings, very comfortable beds, extremely well equipped kitchen, quality bed linen and towels, everything you could ask for and more. The local amenities are such that you do not need a car, however there is the added benefit of secure underground parking if you do hire a car. The property has excellent views, the beach to one side with the marina and 'rock' to the other. The wrap around sun terrace is very spacious and comfortably accommodates 6 loungers with a separate dining and seating area. Everything about the property is clean and well maintained, as the previous reviewer said, faultless.

Faultless

We had a 5 day stay at this lovely apartment .Our group of 5 ladies flew into Gibraltar , which has a short 20 min transfer to the property . The apartment has 3 spacious double ensuite rooms , ample living space and is very clean , beautifully presented and well equipped. The balcony is enormous, south facing and enabled us to eat alfresco for breakfast , lunch and dinner, with views over the sea and marina. There is a bakery directly below the apartment , for fresh bread and croissants each morning , a small super market in the Marina and ample bars and restaurants all within walking distance. We couldn't fault our stay and if I could have sourced last minute flights, I would have flown out with my family the following week for half term.

It was a clean, comfortable and quiet apartment with good quality beds, bathroom towels, overall furniture. Lovely views and lots of spaces. Good sized kitchen with various kitchen items. Plenty of hot water, good shower. We would like to return.

A Beautuful Apartment

We had a fantastic holiday in Sotigrande. The Apartment is in a great location with amazing views. Everything you need in an Apartment. We were met at the apartment and shown around by the Spanish hosts who also came and saw us of on day of departure. We had their contact details if we needed anything.

We will definitely return. This is one of the best holiday homes we have stayed in.

Stunning apartment!

We stayed for 2 weeks in Summer and had a fabulous time. The apartment was above and beyond our expectations!! The best of its kind in the Sotogrande Marina. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the view - everybody was happy - we hope to return next year!. Regards Yvonne and Seamus

Lovely Apartment in Sotogrande

Loved our week spent in Sotogrande. The apartment was very comfortable, had lovely views of the sea, port and Gibraltar. The swimming pools, both indoor and out are fabulous. The beach is close by and so are the Port and local restaurants. The apartment is very clean, modern and luxuriious, and the surrounding terraces add to the feeling of space. The owner was very helpful and accommodating and we could all have happily stayed longer.

5 minute walk to the beach with 2 great chiringuita restaurants during the summer period. 5 minutes drive to other local beaches and beach clubs, a 45 minute drive takes you to the amazing beaches at Tarifa which is well worth a visit.

Travel:

Nearest airport is Gibraltar which is a 25 minute drive and Malaga airport is 1 hour away travelling on the toll road.

Distances:

Gibraltar 25 minutes, 30 minutes to Marbella, 30 minutes to Puerto Banus and 1.5 hours to Ronda

  • Booking Notes:
    In order to secure your booking a deposit of 30% is required with the remainder 8 weeks before your stay. A refundable deposit is required which will be returned within a week following your stay if no damage is incurred.

    Please note the lead member of the party must be at least 25 years of age at the time of booking.

    Changeover Day:
    The preferred changeover day is Saturday however if the property is available alternative days will be considered. The apartment will be available from 4pm on your arrival day and departure is 10am.
