Parking for 2 vehicles is provided underground with a lift directly to the apartment. Extensive facilities are provided within these well maintained grounds including indoor and outdoor pools, gymnasium, Jacuzzi and spa facilities. It is a short walking distance to Sotogrande harbour with a number of excellent restaurants and bars to choose from as well as the Sunday market. Within a short driving distance you can enjoy polo, tennis, paddle, beach clubs as well as numerous golfing opportunities. Sotogrande is located a short drive of 20 minutes from Gibraltar and 1 hour from Malaga airport on the toll road. Local villages including San Enrique, Torreguadiaro and Pueblo Nuevo are all a short drive offering restaurants and shopping opportunities.

A Beautuful Apartment

We had a fantastic holiday in Sotigrande. The Apartment is in a great location with amazing views. Everything you need in an Apartment. We were met at the apartment and shown around by the Spanish hosts who also came and saw us of on day of departure. We had their contact details if we needed anything.

We will definitely return. This is one of the best holiday homes we have stayed in.

Stunning apartment!

We stayed for 2 weeks in Summer and had a fabulous time. The apartment was above and beyond our expectations!! The best of its kind in the Sotogrande Marina. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the view - everybody was happy - we hope to return next year!. Regards Yvonne and Seamus

Lovely Apartment in Sotogrande

Loved our week spent in Sotogrande. The apartment was very comfortable, had lovely views of the sea, port and Gibraltar. The swimming pools, both indoor and out are fabulous. The beach is close by and so are the Port and local restaurants. The apartment is very clean, modern and luxuriious, and the surrounding terraces add to the feeling of space. The owner was very helpful and accommodating and we could all have happily stayed longer.

A beautiful home away from home.

We had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful penthouse apartment for a long weekend in February. Fed up with the terrible winter weather in the UK, we look forward to a relaxing few days in the sun at this time of year every year. We booked via owners direct, and Dena was excellent, coming back to our enquires straight away. When we arrived, I am pleased to say that the Ribera del Marlin did not disappoint either, a great apartment, for which the photographs simply don’t do it justice. The living room is wonderfully appointed, with a double height ceiling, comfortable leather furniture, and a great TV and DVD player (and selection of films) which is ideal for those odd rainy days you get even is the south of Spain in February. The kitchen has everything you may need, from the huge American fridge, to all the utensils under the sun, even coffee and tea in the cupboards which makes such a nice change from your average holiday rental. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all again first class, with plenty of towels even extra pillows and blankets, the owners have thought of everything.

The surrounding area won’t disappoint either, lots of excellent restaurants and bars even in February. We could have easily left the car in the garage and stayed where we were for the five days.

All in all, a relaxing, peaceful and enjoyable stay, we couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Fabulous Penthouse Apartment

We recently stayed here and couldn't agree more with the previous review. Everything was perfect, from dealing with the owners prior to arrival to the couple that met us and enthusiastically showed us around at close to midnight on arrival and 4:30am on departure!

The Apartment is beautifully furnished (inside and out), very well appointed and has breathtaking views of the sea, the beach, the marina and the Rock of Gibraltar. The development itself is fantastic with multiple pools to entertain the children and very well kept garden areas. The location is literally on the doorstep of all the bars, restaurants and shops within Sotogrande Marina meaning that once you are there, you hardly need to use a car.

We will certainly be looking to return in the not too distant future!

Perfect

A fabulous home from home accommodation for a family of 4 adults and 2 teenage children. Everything as described on the website, kitchen equipped with everything you could need, bedrooms and en suites spacious with comfortable beds. Inside living accommodation lovely but not used as outside balconies space large and perfect for day and night. The pools and grounds well kept and very peaceful for a relaxing holiday and in the evenings plenty of choice for bars and restaurants.

The owners were very easy to communicate with and everything was delivered with ease. Also the couple who met us on arrival were lovely and put themselves out to greet and show us accommodation at gone midnight. Will definitely be booking again. 10/10

5 minute walk to the beach with 2 great chiringuita restaurants during the summer period. 5 minutes drive to other local beaches and beach clubs, a 45 minute drive takes you to the amazing beaches at Tarifa which is well worth a visit.

Travel:

Nearest airport is Gibraltar which is a 25 minute drive and Malaga airport is 1 hour away travelling on the toll road.

Distances:

Gibraltar 25 minutes, 30 minutes to Marbella, 30 minutes to Puerto Banus and 1.5 hours to Ronda

    In order to secure your booking a deposit of 30% is required with the remainder 8 weeks before your stay. A refundable deposit is required which will be returned within a week following your stay if no damage is incurred.

    Changeover Day:
    The preferred changeover day is Saturday however if the property is available alternative days will be considered. The apartment will be available from 4pm on your arrival day and departure is 10am.
