Beautifully furnished throughout with outside breakfast and dining area. Free use of Communal Pool. Walking distance to Gigis beach .5 top restaurants within walking distnace of the apartment. Also watersport activities at the lake are easy access.

We are a family of four, living in Portugal for a few years now. We love the sea, golf and the weather of course which is almost "guaranteed".

The nearest airport is Faro at 15km.

We would recommend car hire to get around.

Seville airport is 2 hours drive.

Lisbon airport is 2 1/2 hours by car


The nearest town is 4 km which is Almancil. Less then 2km away are great variety of restaurant and a shopping centre which caters for all. ATM facilities, farmacy, fashion and groceries are all present.

Booking Notes:
The prices are in Euro. Changeover day is Saturday ( can be flexible)
20% deposit required at time of booking the remainder due 6 weeks due before your arrival date.
Cancellation up to 8 weeks before 50% deposit back and cancellation 8 weeks to arrival date no return of funds.

Changeover Day:
Saturday is the changeover day but can be flexible outside high season.
