Apartment in La Zenia, Costa Blanca South, Spain - Central Location, 10 Min Walk To Beach
Located on the 1st floor of the popular Molino Blanco complex, within walking distance to all amenities, our apartment is comfortably furnished and has a sunny balcony overlooking the large solar heated swimming pool. The separate kitchen is well appointed and there is also a separate family bathroom. The balcony, which leads off the lounge, has a table and chairs so that you may relax or dine alfresco. Bars, restaurants, shops and leisure facilities are all within 5 mins walk. The beautiful Blue Flag La Zenia Beach is within 10 mins walk and a short drive away is a Equestrian centre, a water park and a go-kart circuit. Also within 10-15 mins drive are many well known championships golf courses. Molino Blanco is very popular with families of all ages, couples and golfers.

Loved it, would come back
Had a great 2 week holiday, with my husband and 2 kids a 12 and 15 year old, apartment was great, in a fab location, walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and beach will definitely be back
Stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks in August 2014 and had a lovely time. The apartment was clean and comfy and perfectly placed near to the bars and restaurants. We were picked up from the airport by Julie (who looks after the place for the owner). We had cause to phone her once during our stay, when the kitchen light wouldn't work and her hubby Mark turned up with a new bulb for the strip light. Will definitely be coming back soon

We loved the easy going nature of the people who live and work here as well as the beautiful mild winter weather. Our holidays both winter and summer have been enjoyed here ever since.”
Activity and Interests
There are many lovely beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness, one being the fabulous sandy beach of La Zenia, which is a 10 minute walk away. Water sports are available here during the summer months and there is a large restaurant on its promenade as well as beach bars serving snacks and ice cold beers. The Mirada pool and restaurant complex is also located here and serves probably the best paella in the area.
There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are Alicante, which is just a 40 minute drive to the property and the smaller airport of Murcia, which is just a 20 minute drive.
Car hire is not essential, but recommended for holiday makers who wish to explore the area further. Airport transfers can also be arranged at an additional cost

The nearest large town is Torrevieja 15 minutes drive (approx 9km)
La Zenia offers everything you need for a beach holiday in the sunshine. Restaurants within easy walking distance of the apartment include Italian, Chinese Indian and Japanese. Traditional fare is also available in the bars dotted around the area. There is a large supermarket and a handy smaller convenience store 3 minutes from the apartment. The new La Zenia Boulevard Shopping Mall, with it's many top brand named shops bars and restaurants is also within walking distance. The "Orihuelas Costa Resort" is just a few minutes walk and includes a large swimming pool with sun beds, childrens pool,tennis courts bar and restaurant. Cash point machines are located nearby.Also nearby Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig and Villamartin Plaza have many excellent International restaurants and entertainment. Torrevieja is the nearest main town and is a 15 minute drive away. It hosts Aquapolis Water Park, cinema, bowling and the Habaneras shopping centre. Local markets include Torrevieja on Fridays, Playa Flanenca on Saturdays and San Miguel on Wednesdays. Benidorm with it's many attractions including Terra Mitica Theme and Aqualandia water parks are just over 1 hours drive away.

To confirm a booking a non-returnable deposit of £50.00 UK Sterling is required. 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday final payment should be made. Cleaning and laundry following your departure will be 50 Euros paid on departure.
Payments: Via cheque or directly through the bank transfer system. A refundable security bond of £100 or €120 in cash is payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure after the property has been checked over.
Change over days are flexible to suit the requirements of our guests
Notes on prices:
Prices are for the the apartment per week in UK pounds or Euro equivalent rates. Included in the price is electricity and water. Air conditioning is installed and runs from a meter on 2 euro coins. End cleaning at 40 euro is not included in the rental price. Wi-Fi access is free.
