Booking Notes:
Bookings will require a 20% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 4 weeks prior to start of holiday. A £175 deposit will also be required which will be refunded, providing that the apartment is free of damage and cleaning/laundry fees have been paid on departure. (The cost of repair will be deducted from the deposit prior to it's refund)

Changeover Day:
Changeover days in high season may be restricted but we will endeavour to meet the holidaymakers requirements.

Thanks Lesley and Chris for facilitating a really wonderful holiday! The apartment was perfect, practically brand new with wonderful views of the golf course. The air con was a god send and quite literally cooled down the apartment within minutes and not required after that!

I will most certainly be coming back!

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

Los Alcazares has a beautiful long promenade beach front on the Mar Menor and is 10 minutes away by car. The Mar Menor is a large shallow lagoon, safe for children, with watersport options, beach cafe's, restaurants and walks.

Travel:

Murcia (San Javier) Airport is max 15 minutes from the apartments. Alicante Airport is approx 1 hours drive away.

Distances:

Torre Pacheco is the nearest town, approx 5 minutes away by car. Los Alcazares is 10 minutes away. Murcia is a beautiful city, around 40 minutes from the resort, while Cartagena is a well known Spanish port, used by cruise liners and is a similar distance away. There are numerous quality golf courses in the area, including the La Manga courses.

Access to rear is via side or through apartment. Rear area has good sized partially shaded patio area and large lawned open plan garden for best views of the 10th hole and those that are playing it.
