Within easy walking of all resort facilities - community pools, shop, bars, restaurants, hotel, paddle tennis courts etc. Also within easy walking distance of the off resort 'Boulevard' which offers a wide range of restaurants and bars.

Notes on accommodation: Identical properties within 100 metres of each other Outside: Off road parking to front for 1 vehicle (additional free parking close by). Access to rear is via side or through apartment. Rear area has good sized partially shaded patio area and large lawned open plan garden for best views of the 10th hole and those that are playing it.

Excellent Accomadation

Stayed at this apartment for eight days while visiting my daughter on the resort. The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Chris and Lesley were very easy to communicate with in booking the stay. The price we paid for July was very good and we would certainly not hesitate to book this again.

Booking Notes:
Bookings will require a 20% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 4 weeks prior to start of holiday. A £200 deposit will also be required which will be refunded, providing that the apartment is free of damage and cleaning/laundry fees have been paid on departure. (The cost of repair will be deducted from the deposit prior to it's refund)

Changeover Day:
Changeover days in high season may be restricted but we will endeavour to meet the holidaymakers requirements.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
