Lambs Barn

  • 4 of 5

Lovely cottage in the countryside, lots of places to visit within a short drive.

The owner that lives close by was lovely and so helpful advising places she's taken family for days out and was so approachable and so easy to talk to. Lots of information leaflets left for us with guides to local facilities with maps and vouchers in magazines to use. Owl sanctity was on the doorstep and due to most places doing free return tickets we used these. Lovely beaches and found a nice family orientated one not far away. Shops a short drive away for good shopping and takeaway food.

Lovely big cottage, washing machine available, nice garden with washing line (tumble dry wasn't working) but a clothes line for dry days which was essential for the wetsuits and towels.

Electric runs off £1 coins and seemed fair for the usage considering the size of the place.

We all loved our stay at Lambs Barn especially our 6 year and especially when she came across the sheep being moved down the lane past our front door whilst out for a walk, one of her highlights. Hoping to go back again in 2017 as requested by our daughter.
