Hello, we are Antonio from Spain & Hilde from Belgium, we live in this wonderful area of the countryside of Seville yet for 10 years. We work with this wonderful house since 2003 and we have received people from over the world and we are very proud to see all have been very comfortable and have enjoy all Andalusia due that you can reach main cities as Seville, Cordoba, Ronda in less than one hour and Granada and Malaga for a little more. Also our area is recognised for the historic barroque towns of Osuna, Ecija, Marchena, Carmona, Estepa,... and also to be a wonderful area for birdwatching. We hope see you here soon.

In the large courtyard we find gardens, fountain, porch and a nice pergola which marks the personality of the Hacienda. - Pool area with barbecue, solarium, lawn, pergola next to barbecue and table. Pool with Roman steps of 12 x 6 meters and 0.60 to 1.75 m. deep. - Covered parking for + 6 cars. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: towels and linen of the house provided in the price. Available at only 5 € each towels for the pool.

Excellent!

The villa is absolutely beautiful and has a fantastic pool. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a huge lounge for when the sun becomes too much. The nearest town is a 10-15 minute drive away and has at least one big supermarket for groceries. The town also has a train station that will take you to Seville in about 45 minutes. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing break. The owners were also lovely people!

Special interest holidays:

The region of the Guadalquivir Valley is the region extending from Sevilla City to Cordoba City. An ideal region for which they want to visit apart from the two main capital of Andalusia, Seville and Cordoba, want to enjoy the Guadalquivir River and unexpected nature in the province of Seville with its Natural Park of the Northern Highlands of Seville.

The property is located just between the Natural Park Matallana in Lora del Rio and the Northern Highlands of Seville. Cultural tours, nature and of course a rich Andalusian gastronomy in an ideal territory for our visitors.

Coast/Beach:

The nearest beach is the Matalascañas next to the Doñana National Park in Huelva.

Also recommendable is to visit the beach area in Cadix of Sanlúcar de Barrameda.

Both beaches at 1 h. 30 min.

Lora Del Rio is a nice town with many bars and good restaurants, supermarkets and terraces to dinner al fresco.

There is a train station with regular services to Seville and Cordoba centre and visit this two cities without car.
