Renovated in a warm and contemporary style, these beautiful barns are located just outside the coastal town of Hayle.

We have 2 properties that sleep 4 - The Stable Barn & The Baler House.

We also have a single storey barn conversion that sleeps 2 - The Coach House. Ideal for a couple wanting to get away from it all.

All properties are equipped with free Wi-Fi.

The Stable Barn is a converted two storey stable/barn located on a working farm overlooking Hayle and St. Ives.

It has two bedrooms and sleeps four - one double with private courtyard area and a twin. Open plan living/dining area with fully fitted kitchen.This includes a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, hob and oven. In the living area there is a TV and DVD player. A selection of books, DVDs and games. Free WI-FI.

Great Home Base

Nice rural location with a very modern , clean, warm and well equipped home. We stayed in the Stable Barn and it worked very well for us. Nice owners, welcome pack including Easter eggs. Would not hesitate to recommend this modern cottage. We'll be staying again !!

Very good long weekend away

Marilyn and her family are were very welcoming and friendly, the stable barn was really well equipped and everything was really nice. In a secluded location but very close to everything you need and the beaches, we would stay here away.

Hi Marilyn, We could only recommend your farm and accommodation to anyone who is looking for a relaxing environment that is the perfect base from which to visit the beautiful sites of Cornwell. Anne and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will be back again.

lovely stay - a real must!!

We absolutely loved our stay in the stable barn. The cottage itself is well eqquipped, cosy and was in a prime location, 5 minute drive away from shops, pubs and the gorgeous beach. Marilyn and David are the nicest hosts, and nothing is too much. The Stable Barn is a home from home and we will highly recommend it to all of our family and friends. WE WILL BE BACK!!!! Thanks again, Jones family x

Coast/Beach:

Hayle Towans, Hayle is located 2 miles from the property. Porthkidney beach in Lelant is 2.1 miles and Gwithian Towans beach is 2.4 miles.

There are many other beaches on both coasts less than half an hours driving time.

Travel:

The nearest airport is located at Newquay, which is 33 miles away. Collection could be arranged at an additional charge. Local train station at Hayle located approximately 1.5 miles away. Collection could be arranged. Use of a car is recommended to fully take advantage of the location, in order to explore the area fully. Although guests can use the farm as a base for cycling or walking.

Distances:

Distance to the sea is less than 3 miles, distance to pubs/restaurants is less than 3 miles. Paradise park is 1.1 miles. A range of shops less than 2 miles.

Further Details:

Marks and Spencer, Next, Boots and Costa are located at the Eastern approach to Hayle. Within Hayle itself there are several small boutiques, surf shops, ice cream parlours, bakers, butchers, several pasty shops a Co-op, Lidl supermarket and a sports shop. There are a wide range of restaurants/take-aways within Hayle.

Barclays bank, Lloyds Bank and a Santander agency are all found in Hayle. Local doctors and pharmacy are less than 2 miles from the property
