Horabin Family, England

Just had a fabulous family holiday at Beach Art Villa! Light, spacious and tastefully decorated/furnished. Equipped with everything you may need. So much to do and see nearby and of course direct access to the beach! Now we are home I'm having trouble falling asleep without the sound of the soothing sea! Thank you Nicola & Martin :-)

Williams Family, Edinburgh

The three of us have had a lovely break at Beach Art Villa - lots of things to do in the area and we found it to be very family friendly. We will miss living by the sea-side! Thank you!

Wykes Family, Scotland

What a lovely week we've had at this beautiful Villa, thank you! Tea on the balcony watching the sunset and the sea - bliss! There is lots to do - we recommend The Deer Centre near Cupar and The Cocoa Tree Shop in Pittenween for coffee or lunch.

Nelson Family, West Linton

Thanks for a lovely stay. Beautiful views and a lovely home. We'll be back!

Fantastic and highly recommended

  • 5 of 5

We had a fantastic week in the villa - and because it is on the North Bank it has a south facing aspect over the sea. The upper balcony was a great place to read a paper in the sun. The location couldn't be better. The sea comes right in and when the tide is out, the beach is great. The local amenities were good, everyone was friendly and we would recommend it to anyone who loves being by the sea.

Idyllic Family Holiday!

  • 5 of 5

My family came to stay whilst exploring St. Andrews and the local area. The house was wonderful, spotlessly clean and beautifully turned out. The views onto the beach were wonderful, and the house is much more spacious than the pictures depict I thought! There were lots of books and DVD's for the children to dip into if the weather was a bit off, and the gate directly leads to the beach where we found hermit crabs, shells galore and sea snails! A friendly village, fresh fish, and daily trips out and about made this one of the best family holidays we have had! We recommend the Scottish Deer Centre, fantastic!

Beach Art Villa

What a wonderful week we had at this beautiful villa which is wonderfully decorated throughout with the owner's own work . On arrival tho villa was immaculate and a lovely welcome pack awaited us . To make it perfect the weather was lovely and we spent mornings exploring the beach with our collie puppy followed by lovely fresh coffee on our own private balcony watching others on the beach ! Afternoons and evenings were spent exploring the local area including Crail , Anstruther and St Andrews , all a short journey away . We ate some gorgeous local food including lobster bought direct from the local fisherman for a very reasonable price . Blacketyside farm a short distance away also has lovely fresh local produce for both sit in and takeaway with a lovely picnic area .

Overall a lovely holiday in a beautiful part of the country . The beachfront location of the villa is just perfect and we've already recommended to our friends . Well certainly go back

Un petit coin de paradis!

  • 5 of 5

A magic getaway

  • 5 of 5

Really enjoyed our trip to the Beach Art Villa. Only an hour from Edinburgh but Largo village offers true peace and tranquility, and feels a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of the Central belt.

The very fact that hustle and bustle is not on the agenda gave us time to really relax. We enjoyed the beach, which is literally right at the end of the back garden, absolutely loved the balcony overlooking it and waking listening to the waves was magic.

The house itself was beautiful and it even has a proper wood burning fire. Largo itself is a pretty wee place with lots of nice walks and good local food. And Anstruther and Elie are really near too and equally beautiful. I'll definitely be back in summer time :)

Perfect - in every way

  • 5 of 5

We booked the Beach Art Villa in Lower Largo for a family holiday. The property is beautifully situated and beautifully done out. We had such an amazing time, and pretty much did not leave the house and the area for the week we were there. The direct access to the beach suited us entirely as we have a daughter with special needs who loves the beach - but only for half an hour at a time! The house is well equipped, with plenty space and amazing views. Being able to sit on the balcony and watch the tide come in with coffee in the morning and wine at night was so peaceful and relaxing. I would recommend this property to anyone. A perfect little get away, and we're already planning to book again for next year. Loved it.
