This is a very luxurious villa, that has been beautifully and lovingly restored to a very high standard, whilst keeping the charm and character throughout. Tosalet is a very prestigious urbanization with cctv throughout. We are 3 mins from the beach by car, local supermarkets and chemist at the end of the road, bar and lovely restaurant within 2 mins walking distance, beautiful and peaceful

Beautiful Spanish Villa

This villa was one of the best Spanish Mediterannean holidays we ever had ... it met all our expectations. We were travelling one children and an older family member. The property was easy to get around, beautifully decorated and well maintained. We were met on arrival and provided with local information not only on restaurants, shops and cafes but also dentists, doctors and pharmacists.

The location was great for short or longer walks ... with a beautiful walk down to the antique windmills as well as to the lighthouse.

We had a wonderful vacation ... and no sunburns!

We would add ... this area absolutely requires a car --- not because of distance --- but because there is so much to see.

Nearest Airport : Alicante or Valencia at 100 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Saladar at 1 Kilometres Nearest Golf : Javea golf club at 4 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Saladar at 1 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Arenal at 2 Kilometres Car: recommended


Driving distance to The Arenal beach is 5 mins by car,it has a beautiful clean beach with many restaurants and bars and very lively night life. There are also many beautiful coves and beaches nearby, perfect for sunbathing, snorkelling or scuba diving, there are many dive clubs in Javea


Javea in situated about an hour from either Alicante or Valencia airports


The port of Javea is only 10 mins by car, where you can watch the fresh fish being brought in daily or dine in the many bars and restaurants

Further Details:

There are many supermarkets nearby, a local market on Thursdays in the village

Many beautiful restaurants and tapas bars fill the beaches, the port and the village
