A beautifully furnished, recently modernised, large 2/3 bedroom apartment, situated in a very beautiful & lush traditional Spanish complex, called Aldea Blanca, in Nueva Andalucia / Puerto Banus. Aldea Blanca has four large pools and is close to lots of restaurants, a large shopping centre, the Beach etc. so no need to keep a car unless you want to do some exploring of the larger area around. This is a location perfect for a family holiday as well as if you are coming for some relaxation or golf. The apartment has been fully furnished to a high spec with a modern and fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room area, 2/3 bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite). The apartment has one west facing terrace connected to the kitchen / living room - benefiting from the afternoon and evening sun. Perfect for a dinner outside. The front of the apartment has an area where you can have breakfast outside if you wish, sun gets there between 10-11am. Both ideal for enjoying the beautiful Spanish weather! About Tina Soderlund-Boley

We are two generations of a Finnish / Swedish / English family who decided to buy a place together where we can meet up and do what we really enjoy the most:

- relax

We decided to buy a property on Costa del sol since we all love the climate there. Also the access to Golf courses made it an great option for parts of the family :)

Aldea blanca as such - we just loved it from first sight. To us - it has everything we want from a holiday home.

The kids loves the four pools!

Grandma / Grandad loves the green surroundings and how quiet is is despite all restaurants around it. It is beautifully kept...

Parents - golf, shopping, restaurants & bars are appealing!

Notes on accommodation: Please note that people staying in bedroom 3 will have access to the rest of the apartment through bedroom 2 and it is hence more like a connecting room rather than a separate room. It is perfect for a family with children for example. Outside: The complex consists of 4 good size pools, with the largest being about a 100m walk from the apartment. There are two pools very close (ca 30m each way) to the apartment. The west facing terrace is looking out on one of them. Pools and gardens are shared with other residents and visitors to the complex, so please respect this at all times. Aldea Blanca is one of the few places in the Marbella area where a car is not essential; it is just a very short stroll to the Centro Plaza Shopping Centre where there is a large number of shops and quality restaurants and, again, just a short walk to the Hotel Andalucia Plaza and a further street/area where again a great many shops and quality restaurants are to be found. Utility Room: No utility room, Washing machine & tumble dryer is in the kitchen, have a storage cupboard in the hallway. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen will be provided and are stored in bedroom 2. We also keep the coloured Beach towels there. Charges for departure cleaning are included, mid week cleans can be arranged, should you require this. Other: We offer beach chairs, toys & games for the pool / beach. Weber BBQ in Patio area

A luxurious apartment set in beautiful gardens

A fantastic apartment situated in a quiet area with local amenities yet the lively Puerto Banus only minutes away by car. I stayed here with four children ranging from 4 to 14 in age. The apartment is very spacious with two terraces which catch the sun at different times of day. It is modern and airy and has a feeling of luxury. It has wi-fi, tv, DVDs, board games, beach toys .... home from home in many ways. There are three pools on the complex, all very nice, the two smaller pools were very quiet and we had it to ourselves on more than one occasion. There are great restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk from the apartment so there is no need to go into Puerto Banus. There is also a market there each Saturday which is worth a visit. Puerto Banus Itself is probably 20 minutes walk although just a few minutes in the car. The beach at Puerto Banus is great although there are other beaches along the coast if you hire a car.

It's not crucial to hire a car if you want to stay local although if you have young children I think the walk into Puerto Banus would get tiresome for little ones so I would definitely recommend hiring.

The owner was very helpful and there are people on hand if you need any guidance whilst you are there.

Overall a fantastic apartment offering quiet or hustle and bustle if you wanted. Would definitely recommend it.

Great apartment in a beautiful setting

Booked this for a girls holiday. 6 adults, was a little concerned that the pull out bed may not be sufficient for 2 adults but it was more than adequate and the beds were all comfy and roomy! We all loved the apartment, the living area was ideal with a huge L shaped sofa, 2 terraced areas both with tables and chairs. Kitchen also above adequate, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer (not needed as weather was so hot!). decor was nice so did feel like a treat to be staying there. There were herbs and spices in the kitchen and cooking oils. Some herbs on the terrace also. This is a lovely complex, not your average soulful less blocks. Traditional style with different angles and terraces, all white washed with different angles framing pretty views. The landscaping around the villas and pool areas is stunning and beautifully maintained. Pools also well maintained and we had them to ourselves! A quiet area but only a 10/15 minute walk to town. Supermarket and cafes nearby, would not hesitate to recommend this place if you are visiting Puerto Banus but want a bit of comfort and style. Helpful communication from Tina. Enjoy!

WOW Factor - Fantastic Apartment / Complex

My wife and 2 son’s (age 15 and 11) stayed here for 2 weeks during the first 2 weeks of August. From the moment we booked this, Tina has been very helpful and provided us with plenty of information to help us with our stay. Tina also arranged our transfers from the airport to our apartment (transfer cost 75 Euros).

From the pictures we were expecting the apartment to be spectacular and we wasn’t disappointed. Everything within the apartment is high quality, state of the art kitchen with everything you need to cook any type of meal. The balcony on the back was my favourite place to relax, whether it was for breakfast or a nice glass of wine after returning back from an evening meal.

The bedrooms are very spacious and all rooms are fitted with air con which was needed at night. My son and I have said that we have never slept so well in our lives.

We did spend a lot of time around the pools which are very well maintained along with the gardens which are very nice. All 3 pools we used had a life guard present for the majority of the day. You can get some great family pictures with a lovely background. The big pool was quite busy but we spent quite a lot of time around the pool near to the apartment which we had to ourselves quite a lot of the time.

There is a large supermarket, 5-10 minute walk away but the mini-market around the corner has a good bakery which is useful for breakfast. Also there is another complex 5 minutes away with shops and restaurants. Market day is Saturday, it can get quite busy but worth a look.

The port it worth a visit but as someone has mentioned the prices are very high on the front for average food. However the views are fantastic and its quite pleasant seeing how the other half live.

One of our regrets on this trip was not hiring a car. If you are planning to do more then one trip which requires transport, you would be better of getting a car. It cost us 75 Euros to get a return from Gibraltar, add on the airport transfers and you could hire a car for less.

I feel the apartment is in an ideal location, 5-10 minute walk into Pauto Banus or you can walk 5-10 minutes in the opposite direction to find some ‘price friendly’ restaurants. One restaurant I highly recommend is an Indian called Taj Mahal – we visited this place 3 times and they are highly rated on trip advisor.

All in all, we all had a very relaxing trip where we felt right at home 1000+ miles away. We are highly likely to be in touch with Tina again.
