Perfect apartment

Four of us stayed here for a week on a golfing trip. It is in a perfect location, not just for golf but also for shopping and nightlife as the marina is a five minute taxi ride away.

The apartment itself was very clean, equiped with everything you need and was very roomy. Although the Old Village has plenty of bars and restaurants it was not too noisy at night and getting a good sleep was not a problem.

Paula made sorting the rental out very easy and she provided us with lots of info on the resort.

I would definitely recommend using this apartment.

Great holiday at The Old Village

We had a brilliant time at The Old Village. The area is very picturesque and quaint with 3 beautiful pools and well kept gardens.The restaurants and bars are varied and all served great food.The town house was very spacious and clean with great facilities.The view from the balcony and roof terrace was fantastic.Its a lovely relaxing area but still really good for children.The Marina was a 15 to 20 minute walk away which was no problem for a dander at night. Great variation of restaurants,bars and shops there in a lovely setting.We would definitely go back.

Lovely accomodation

2 couples just returned after a weeks stay, lovely accommodation, very spacious and clean. very well presented. Nice big patio and roof terrace, washing machine a plus. Accommodation overlooks main pool. Very close to the bars and restaurants but you don't hear anything in the apartment. Great restaurants on complex, small shop but can get most things, 3 pools, sun beds are 3 euros each for the whole day, about 15 minute walk to marina or 5 euro in taxi. 20 euro deposit for pool card, shame it is only 1 card per accommodation and payment needed for safe key, I can say nothing but good things about the accommodation and complex.

Ideal location.

I have stayed in this apartment 4 times, all on golfing trips, and would highly recommend booking this town house....Clean an spacious. Ideal location in the Old Village.....overlooks the main pool but another adult only pool is close by. Short walk to the marina with some excellent restaurants, and fantastic golf is close by.

Booked again for this September!

Golfing utopia!

I have been visiting Vilamoura, both for golfing breaks and once for a family holiday, for over 8 years now. If this apartment had been available when I came with the family, I would have definitely stayed there. Although the majority of the people staying there are families, it is an ideal location for golf. I do not believe there is a better location than Vilamoura in Europe for golf. The quality of the golf courses and the quantity is outstanding, at least 10 are within a 20 minute drive. This apartment, with the view from the terrace over the pool area, is by far the best of all the places we have stayed in during our 8 golf "tours" to Portugal. The restaurants on the resort are just what you need to keep you going, if you do not feel up to the 10 minute walk into the marina (€5 taxi back usually!) The apartment itself has accommodated six "burly"golfers with ease and the amenities in the apartment mean you could be opt for self catering, if that is what you prefer. I have stayed there several times now and have already booked for April 2015! I have recommended this clean and well maintained apartment to a lot of friends and relatives, try it, you will not be disappointed!

Portugal is an ideal holiday destination, and for that reason we decided to buy a holiday home that gave us the best of all worlds. The Old Village is beautiful, has many amenities including cafés, bars restaurants, 3 swimming pools, children's play area and is within walking distance to the cosmopolitan marina in Vilamoura.
