A tariff of the charges can be sent on request. As well as amazing views of med and port, there are views to the east and north. There is a gas BBQ , outside tap, table and 6 chairs, 3 sun loungers, electric blind to give protection from sun Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bath, hand towels and bed linen are supplied and together with compulsory end of stay cleaning are included in the rental prices. For rentals exceeding one week change of linen and cleaning are available at additional cost, all payable locally. Ideal family apartment

A stone throw from the beach with fantastic local supermarket with fresh produce. Very clean apartment with wonderful traditional feel. This was our second visit and we will be back again one day! Children loved it (age 6 and 8 at the time) and so did we. Great communication with friendly and helpful landlord and a property manager on hand to fix any problems in a jiffy. 🤗

Lovely apartment with a great view.

Enjoyed a week in this clean and well-equipped apartment, could easily have stayed longer. Great to be so near the port and beaches, and made full use of the sunny terrace and barbecue. Can also recommend trips along the coast from the train station around the corner - so easy and quick to get to other resorts if you wish to explore.

Would definitely come back for another holiday.

Great location and well equipped

Great little apartment, fantastic views from the balcony, wonderful place just to sit and watch the world go by. Apartment itself well equipped and it great location, easy to get around (5 mins walk to train station) and good local shops, bars & restaurants. Nice beach 5 mins walk away. Preferred Golfe Jaun to Juan les Pins, more relaxed atmosphere

Wonderful apartment with brilliant views

We had a wonderful week here in July, the apartment is in a great location with wonderful views, most of our week was spent on the balcony watching the boats coming and going. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance as well as the harbour and Nice and Monaco within a very short drive.

The air conditioning was a wonderful bonus in July due to the heat and the apartment is well furnished and has all you need for a holiday.

We had a great week and would love to come back, we were very sad to leave.

Comfort views and quaint

Knew the area quite well as been to Golfe Juan before. The location is really convenient with train station and shops, bars and restaurants very close. There were two of us so we had plenty of space. Really well fitted out kitchen with lots of utensils and a great barbecue. Lovely terrace, every time we cooked we managed to sit out. Mornings were spent watching the boats come and go. It is on a busy corner so the ambience can be punctuated by the noisy bikes. The main bedroom had lots of space and very comfortable and the lounge had everything you can want. Air conditioning a great bonus as the weather was great. The only slight niggle for us was that the showers are small (both of us are below average build) and the bathrooms need a little TLC. Overall great holiday in a location we like in a really comfortable apartment. If hiring a car make use of the forfait system ticket you can buy a one week ticket for 12 euros which covers a large number of local car parks.

We have never rented it before but recently bought another apartment 100 m away and have decided to rent it out for the season. We are also considering selling it.

Why paul rosen chose Vallauris

My wife and I have been coming to the South of France for many years. In 2010 we found this apartment for rent on this site and fell in love with the place after seeing it for the first time. The owners then were looking to sell and we agreed to buy it. It is a small apartment only 50m2 but has everything we want and a terrace with the most amazing views. It is the terrace that makes the place and in the season that is where you live! . The building is not the most beautiful but once inside it is a little oasis. Everyone who comes inside goes Wow when they see the view. Most apartments of similar size have a small balcony facing one direction and not big enough for a table! Being able to BBQ is a huge plus and very rare.

We needed more space so now live 100yds away

The apartment is 25 minutes by taxi from Nice airport and costs €50 Euro each way (number can be provided). Alternatively a train service runs from Nice St Augustin (10 minute walk from airport) to Golfe Juan. Train takes 35 minutes. The walk from Golfe Juan station to the apartment is 5 minutes.

privately owned and being offered for rent for the 1st time since we purchased it 3 years ago. Rented previously by the former owners on this site where it received great reviews. Parking is on street or in car park all close to apartment.

Availability is shown in the calendar, if the dates you want are not shown please contact me by phone or email. Deposit of 30% is required on booking with balance payable in full 8 weeks prior to the start of the booking. A security deposit of £400 is required to be paid with final rental balance. All monies to be paid into UK bank account in GBP £ or if requested in Euro's either to UK or French bank account . Security deposit will be returned within 10 days of the end of the rental less any amounts deducted for missing or damaged items. Beach towels are available for your stay at a cost of £5 each to cover laundry cost. You will be met on arrival to be let in and shown around the apartment. Before 8am and after 8pm there is an additional charge of £30 paid locally

Changeover Day:
On date of arrival apartment will be available by 3pm and needs to be left by Midday on day of departure

  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
