Welcome to our Lusty beach house, a perfect escape for you and your family to enjoy the best that Cornwall has to offer. The house is a stones throw from 2 excellent beaches, family friendly Porth and cool, chicque Lusty Glaze www.lustyglaze.co.uk Accommodation excellent, extremely large open plan living/dining area with deck terrace, upstairs. 3 large bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and walk in showers, downstairs (2 double/1 twin). Glimpses of the sea can be seen from the property, however, just a few short steps (literally) and you can see the amazing coastline in all its glory. Property is wonderfully located on the 17 acre, headland, Glendorgal Hotel Estate but is independently owned.

Welcome to our Lusty beach house, a perfect escape for you and your family to enjoy the best that Cornwall has to offer. That's exactly why we bought this property, so that we can enjoy family holidays and long weekends with our baby boy.

The house is a stones throw from 2 excellent beaches, family friendly Porth and cool and chic Lusty Glaze. The accommodation is excellent, an extremely large open plan living / dining area with deck terrace, upstairs. 3 large bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and walk in showers, downstairs (2 double / 1 twin).

You can see glimpses of the sea from the property, however, just a few short steps (literally) and you can see the amazing coastline in all its glory. We hope to send the next few years enjoying holidays from here and we hope you will.

Great place to stay

Perfectly situated for local beaches with further beaches to explore along the coast in both directions. The apartment was perfectly suited to our family group with three bedrooms with full ensuites. Good access to other routes making it a good place to base yourself to explore the rest of Cornwall. Recommended

Beautifully appointed apartment

Beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean apartment just a stone's throw away from the delightful Lusty Glaze Beach. Really nice attention to detail throughout the property with generous bedrooms, superb kitchen and large lounge areas. Would definitely rebook here. Steve was a delight to deal with and always on hand just in case. Lusty Glaze has great water sports to enjoy and the beach itself is just great. All of us really enjoyed our time here.

Lovely house in Perfect location

This is a lovely property in a perfect location for a family holiday in Cornwall . The house has 3 double rooms all with ensuite ( perfect if you have teenagers). It is literally a few minutes walk from 2 lovely beaches and a longer walk or short drive to several others. Beaches here are so beautiful and the coastal path to Watergate beach is stunning. Lots of great places nearby to visit if weather is not beach weather. I would definately recommend a holiday here and we hope to be back again soon.

Clean, spacious, great location

Great location! Could walk to the beach and had a delicious meal. Near to town and shops but out of traffic queues. Easy to travel out of town for day trips.When it was hot it was great to sleep downstairs where it was cooler. All rooms good size and well equipped. Children loved having their own bathrooms! Thanks for such a comfortable stay!

What a great base for a family holiday

Absolutely loved the place, great location and a superb holiday home.

The house was clean, bright and really well equipped.

The open plan living upstairs is great for a holiday house and the 3 bedrooms downstairs are large and all have a bathroom attached.

Lots of nice touches like boogie boards and beach chairs and mats for renters use.

Booked last minute and the owner Steve was extremely helpful and made the whole process painless.

Location was great for a young family (with grandparents) and the kids have already asked "when are we going back to our Cornwall holiday home".

Will definitely book again.

Amazing newquay home

We visited at easter and had a mixed week of weather. This didnt stop is from exploring the amazing beaches and cliffs. Also a jetski ride from the harbour is recommended, but back to the review.The house was perfect for us. Very well kept, dog friendly which is a huge bonus. It has a good layout and all en suite bathrooms which is a nice touch. We cooked alot during our stay and it was great that everything was provided.

We cannot wait to come back to newquay, and we will be booking with steve again.

Coast/Beach:

4 min walk to Porth Beach. Porth Beach is a lovely sandy beach with a sheltered aspect being protected by headlands on both sides. There is no surfing permitted during the summer season when the lifeguards are on duty between the hours of 10am and 6pm.

Also 4 min walk - Lusty Glaze beach www.lustyglaze.co.uk has a restaurant which has been given the accolade of being one of the top 5 romantic restaurants in Cornwall & being one of the top 5 places in Cornwall for Sunday lunch.

Travel:

Newquay airport is 5 miles away

Train Station is 2 miles away

Distances:

Watergate bay & Jamie Oliver Restaurant 5 min drive. Padstow & Rock, 25 min drive.

Further Details:

Tesco Express, 10 min walk. Sainsbury's, Asda etc 10 min drive
