This is a modern complex built in Andalusian style, and sits quietly on the hillside overlooking the charming resort of Los Cristianos. There is a Heated pool, with FREE sunbeds, gardens, laundry and restaurant with take away on site. The complex does not suffer from the noise problems that can ruin your holiday on many of the more commercial complexes. A well stocked supermarket is close by and the beach and centre of Los Cristianos are a 10 minute stroll.

Almost Perfectly Formed

Stayed in the apartment for just over a week.

It is a small studio in the Port Royal complex, which is a large complex with a mixture of local residents, ex-pats and visitors. Its pretty quiet and has a shop almost on the door step.

The apartment itself is a studio / bedsit type and is ideal for a couple of 2 friends. The kitchen area is pretty small, but we never used anything aside from the fridge which kept beer cold so no issue there. There did seem to be plenty of pots, utensils etc should you need.

The bathroom is showing its age abit, the toilet flush has to be dropped back in a certain position or it will run water continually. The light doesn't always come on straight away either, but does come on with patience.

The main room area has 2 very comfortable single beds, with decent bedding. Beyond that are 2 sofas, a small table and a few chairs. There is a CD player and a TV which is plugged into the communal satellite so receives quite a lot of UK tv channels, including sports.

There is a very large double wardrobe available to store things, and easily fit our clothes, luggage and other items without problem.

Outside there is a HUGE balcony, another table and chairs and 2 sun beds are out here. The views towards the sea are very nice.

There is a nice pool area (currently being refurbished too) that has plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas and lots of space.

Downsides, the bathroom needs some love, the door to the balcony doesn't shut flush (infact far from) so there is often a breeze coming through.

The apartment complex is at the top of a VERY steep hill, thankfully a taxi is cheap. However no-matter where you get dropped off its still a good wander around the complex to get to the apartment with many steps - not advisable if you have any mobility issues.

I would stay again, it was certainly value for money it just needs that tad of TLC to get better.

Reina Sofia airport is approx 15 min drive to Los Cristianos on the TF1 motorway. Taxis are plentiful from outside the airport terminal. There are many excursions to be enjoyed from Los Cristianos and these can be booked locally. There is also a very good bus service which operates from the main bus station the town.

The communal swimming pool is heated from end of Oct to end of Apr. has free sun beds and umbrellas for your use, All apartments have full UK TV, BBC & ITV with Some Sky sports. Most apartments have washing machine’s.

There is a self service laundry on site together with Bella Roma restaurant which also offers a very good take-away menu.

There is a well stocked supermarket 3 minutes walk away and also a "Spar" about 5 minutes away. There are a variety of restaurants and bars within walking distance of the complex and the beach is about 10-15 mins walk away.
