Apartment only 5 mins to the beach, restaurants and the main promenade.

At 5 mins walking distance from the beach, tram stop and all the local amenities. Located in picturesque unspoilt Port de Sóller and the UNESCO Heritage Tramuntana mountain range. It is the perfect combination of beach, mountains and sun.

Situated in a unique building overlooking the harbour, it consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), open plan kitchen, two large dining areas and a lounge.

Covered Balcony/Veranda can be totally closed or opened in the summer and give the opportunity to enjoy it whole year long. It is not however suited for sunbathing or BBQs.

Guest Access:

Full Size Telescope, IPAD/IPOD Dock with Bluetooth, Travel Books, Coffee maker, WiFi and a very beautiful Fireplace all available for your use.

The Neighbourhood:

Location is perfect cycling, hiking or just staying on the beach type holidays in Puerto Soller. You will enjoy evening walks with all the restaurants, bars and some boutique shops the town has to offer. From the harbour of Port de Sóller boat and diving tours are offered, you can rent bikes, scooters and segways or just stay at the beach and enjoy the Mediterranean sea.

Getting Around:

Apartment is Inside the village, 200 m to the beach, 35 km to the airport, 300 m to supermarket, 0 m to a hiking route, 250 m from a sports harbour. Car is not necessary but if you rent one, it can be parked on the street. Apartment is also on a a very short but steep hill and may not be suited for people with walking difficulties.

Nice Spacious Property

We stayed in the apartment for a week with my mum and dad in law and the apartment is indeed very spacious and well equipped. There are 2 double bedrooms, a main bathroom and a small ensuite with shower. We enjoyed a lovely week here with incredible views over the port but felt the accommodation lacked an outside space to enjoy the sunshine. It was a very steep walk down into the harbour and with elderly parents we had to drive down and back as it was not walkable for them which made the lack of outside space even more apparent. The main downside was that the bedding was very poor and nothing matched and the towels were small and well worn and we were only given one each for the week. The well stocked kitchen was also very lacking in tea towels, again just one for the week.

Owner's Response: Thank you for you review and we are sorry we didn't fully meet your expectations. It is true that our apartment is on a short but steep hill, it runs for about 200m. In return it offers spectacular views but I understand it may not be easily accessible for people with walking difficulties. We don't have a terrace and we mention in our ad a balcony. It is 30 square metres and large windows can be closed or opened during summer months. We will try to do a better job at matching our bed linen, generally we provide 1 large & 1 medium towel per person, I kitchen towel, paper towels and washing liquid for the washing machine. We hope your overall experience was pleasant and you will come back to enjoy our beautiful area again. Anna

Fantastic views across harbour

We stayed here for 1 week. Port Soller is a great place for safe beach and calm sea to swim, for good choice of restuarants and walking. We used public transport to reach here from the airport. Public transport is good but once the bus is full, that's it until the next one so always have a plan b. At Palma people do queue for buses but that's not the case everywhere so can be a little fraught.

The apartment is well maintained including the stairs and landing. The beds are comfortable and shower efficient. The kitchen was very well equipped with good quality pans/crockery. There is a dishwasher and washing machine to add to an easy holiday. We sat out on the balcony all of the time as the weather was so good and it was great to have a comfy sofa there to sit on. The views were amazing. It is up a very steep short hill which was hard work in the heat of the day but the views were the pay off for that. It was very clean.

There are a few small supermarkets in town which were adequate. We ate out at el Sabor twice, we liked it a lot but best to book. We like San Pedro for homemade vege burgers.

We walked to Deia which was tough towards the end as it was really hot but lovely views on route and shade in places from the trees. We caught the bus back but check timetable as they are not too frequent.

We caught the little train back to Palma, this gets very busy going to port Soller in the mornings and returning to Palma in the evenings but mid day was great and not too busy.

Anna was easy to contact and replied to emails promptly. I would recommend this apartment but have a car if you have mobility issues due to the hill. There is easy parking outside on road.

Excellent Accomodation

My wife and I rented this property for a week.It is a lovely spacious flat with magnificent views over the harbour.It is a very short walk to the promenade and numerous retaurants in Port Soller. It sleeps 4 in comfort in two bedrooms and has two bathrooms, both with showers.There is a fold down bed if required in the main room.It has all the amenities required in a holiday apartment. We were very pleased with it and having rented many places in the past would recommend it as a very reasonably priced apartment for what it offered.I would return for a holiday which is the test I always use and have no hesitation in recommending it to friends and family.The description of the property in the advert was completely accurate.

Il correspond bien à la description et avons été bien accueilli.

Seul regret la non possibilité d'aérer les chambres à l'extérieur.

We fell in love with the apartment and it's space the minute we walked into the building. Still not regrets in making such a big commitment as the view doesn't stop suprising us every time we go back.

You can see the unique building from any point of the port, it's arabic style makes it stand out. By the design of the building, both bedrooms face internal closed courtyard to keep the bedrooms cold in the hot Mallorcan summer. The living space offers plenty of light through 5 big windows.
