Well designed luxury studio over looking Tolcarne Beach. Convenience of walking distance to train station. Bus stop to airport right outside of Rocklands development, Taxie's cab is across the road. Only weekly bookings taken.

Just a few moments walk from Tolcarne Beach Bar and surf school.

Outside shower at Rocklands to be able to wash the sand and sea away after being on the beach. Heated wet room and private lockers area to store your boards and wet suits, padlock provided by owner.

Pizza express on the lower ground floor offering a generous 20% discount for all residents on there cliff top terrace

All amenities, shopping restaurants and ATM and banks within walking distance.

Balcony that is positioned to overlook the ocean and watch the sun set.

I decided to buy this as a retreat to get away from it all. Not having to wait around at airports is an ideal holiday.

The Rocklands is stunning and this apartment was designed for Adults, be it couples, friends, siblings, mother and daughter, or just some quality 'me' time.

Each time i visit i am still taken aback at the beauty of the views of the Coastline from the Jucuzzi and Roof Terrace. The convenience of the walking to the beach below and watching the sunset from my balcony is something i can never wait to get back for.

I hope it brings you as many happy times and memories as i have when i am spend my time there.

The Rocklands is a unique 5 star rated complex block that beholds luxurious interiors and spectacular views over Tolcarne Beach in Newquay. This contemporary luxury well designed studio aparment for couples only is fully equiped with plenty of storage space and home comforts to ensure your stay is both enjoyable and relaxing. A well stocked kitchen and supplies provides all that is required to ensure that your holiday is home from home. All residents have access to the roof sun terrace and seating area with its amazing views of the coastline.

I purchased this property as it is the perfect retreat, a place to get away from it all, to spend time together, to rest, to be creative, to cook, to surf or just to have some valued 'me' time.

My view makes it very hard to leave the apartment as the balcony is sea facing and perfectly positioned to watch the beach all day and sunsets each evening.

The Rocklands is just a few minutes walk from Tolcarne Beach and all the local restaurants in Newquay centre.

What makes this apartment unique

For guests visiting with no car it is convenient as the train station is in walking distance. A bus stop to and from the airport is right outside the apartment block.

On the ground floor of Rocklands you'll find Pizza Express a contemporary designed restaurant where dinners can enjoy a generous 20% discount plus the opportunity to dine leisurely outside on there cliff top terrace.

There is an outside shower at Rocklands to wash the sand and sea away, a heated wet room to make sure your kit is dry and ready for the next day plus private lockers to store your boards and suit safely.

A fully equipped kitchen, integrated appliances to include a ceramic hob, cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.

Home from home kitchen supplies include tea, coffee, washing up liquid and condiments.

Fantastic location, with exceptional view.

The property is ideally situated at the edge of town overlooking the beach and sea. The apartment is tastefully decorated and fully equipped. The apartment matches the description and was very clean and well presented on arrival. Communication with Elizabeth was excellent and we really appreciated the bottle of fizz, fruit and 'treats' which were ready for us.

Would really recommend the follwing restaurants:

Kahuna - South Asian food by train station

Stables - Pizza at Fistral Bay

C-Bar - Crantock

Fish House - Fistral Bay

Señor Dicks - Mexican in town

It is a wonderful little flat with all things needing for a nice journey.

What a beautiful location and stunning apartment

What a lovely piece of paradise, the apartment was absolutely stunning and equipped with everything you could need.The views from the balcony look straight onto the beach and we spent many an hour watching the sea come in and the surfers! Elizabeth couldn't have nicer even to leaving us an anniversary card and a bottle of fizz in the fridge on top of recommending all the best restaurants,cocktails and sights which we thoroughly enjoyed. All in all we couldn't have had a better time or picked a nicer place to spend it. Everything is on the doorstep from bars, restaurants, shops and transport etc.I would wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a bit of luxury with stunning scenery thrown in and Elizabeth was a lovely lady and could not have been more helpful.Me and my wife will definitely return in the future and will miss the amazing sunsets on the balcony,can't wait to go back!!!

Fabulous seafront apartment

Had a wonderful 2 weeks in this apartment in July. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and the views are amazing. Communication with the owner was a breeze. We didn't want to come home, and will definately return.

Excellent location with superb views.

This property is well maintained and comfortable. The facilities are what you would expect with superb views across Fistral Beach. The bed was comfortable although it could have been a little smaller to allow easier access to each side. The kitchen had all facilities that you would require.

The extra touches of snacks, fruit and wine were greatly appreciated. We enjoyed eating on the small terrace and watching the world go by.

There are loads of places to eat nearby and walking to these is less than 10 minutes.

The only issue we had was parking, but we found somewhere within 5 minutes walk on the road for free. Included parking in the garage would be an added attraction for this property.

Being located on the north side, it was easy to get out of Newquay to explore the rest of Cornwall.

Newquay has many qualified instructors and safe beaches to surf in. Tolcarne Beach is below the apartment of Rocklands, Tolcarne beach offers a fully experienced surf school called Elemental Surf. The offer lessons or hire on surfing, body-boarding, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, archery. Nearby Lusty Glaze Beach offers jet bikes hire and a Cliff Activities Centre, with zip wire and Abseiling. There are beautiful spa days to be enjoyed at the luxury neighbouring hotels like Watergate Bay Hotel, Headlands Hotel, Bedruthan Hotel and Scarlet Hotel.

Live events and sundowners are to be enjoyed at The Lusty Glaze Beach Bar and Watering Hole at Perranporth.

If you enjoy dining then Jamie Olivers 15 Restaurant is nearby overlooking the beach at Watergate Bay, along with Rick Steins Seafood Restaurant and cafe at nearby Padstow.

Rocklans is a few moments walking distance from the Tolcarne Beach. A relaxing holiday where your car can be parked up for the duration of your stay if needed as everything that you need is within walking distance.
