70 M2 property in holiday complex with private entrance. Greatest feature is the breathtaking view of lake and mountains from terrace. Property comprises 1 double and 1 twin bedrooms; sleeps 4 very comfortably, but there is also a sofa bed in the living area. Kitchen fully fitted with gas cooker, fridge and small electric oven. Washing machine is in the shower room. Electric central heating.

As property is located within the Garda regional Park, it is ideal for walking and hiking enthusiasts. Horse riding is also available. Closest lake beach is about 20 minutes drive to Tignale Harbour. This area of the lake is very popular with surfers due to high winds and currents. Food is excellent in this area and affordable, although there are plenty of really up-market restaurants for those inclined to be extravagant.

Ideally located for visiting historical town and villages around the Lake either by car of ferry; Gargnano, Limone and Malcesine are strongly recommended.

For all information regarding sport activities available near by, please visit the local tourist office's Web-site (ufficio del turismo di Tignale) , where time-table and tariffs can be viewed. The main tourist office is located in Gardola, although the Regional Park Museum across from the holiday complex hosts a tourist information desk from March to November and it is opened daily except for Friday.

Fantastic property with great walking

Lovely apartment with stunning views, the outdoor space is fantastic and we ate all our meals outside, eating dinner at dusk watching the lights come on and twinkle on the other side of the lake was beautiful and getting up to watch the sun come up over Mount Baldo was breathtaking.

The apartment itself had everything we needed and we were really pleased with the location and thought it offers excellent value for money.

The service we got before, during and after our holiday via email and housekeeping was really good and prompt and couldn't be faulted in any way.

We would highly recommend this property to others it was our first time to Lake Garda and most definitely will not be our last.

This is a lovely little apartment and ideal for exploring the region. The apartment is very reasonably priced as the location is stunning. The double bedroom is large and the twin comfortable. The apartment is basic but has everything you could possibly need as a base. The balcony provides an excellent view of the mountains and the lake. The local outdoor pool is lovely and a real bonus at the end of a long hot day. It is a 25 min walk to Gardola where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. There is a lovely local restaurant and bar a short 5 minute stroll from the property. The owner was really helpful. We will certainly be back.

Pool, tennis court, football pitch and horse riding are all available within a few minutes walk from the property for very reasonable fees. There is an excellent restaurant at the top of the road set in a Renaissance building with a lovely garden, so in door and out door dining is available.
