Beachside is an art deco house situated literally on Carbis Bay Beach with direct access via private gate onto golden sand. The house has a conservatory with panoramic views of the bay. Enjoy the luxury of opening the curtains/blinds in the master bedroom in the summer, get back into bed and watch the sunrise over Godrevy. Just a few steps onto the beach. Enjoy sitting on the patio watching the children play in the sand. Relax in the conservatory overlooking the beach. St Ives, with its many shops and restaurants, Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth Museum, is a 20-25 minute walk along the coastal path, or 5 minutes by car. Carbis Bay Station, which is on the St Ives Branch Line with its beautiful scenic views, is at the top of the hill, only 5 minutes walk. Parking for one car. One well behaved dog accepted.

"Still Stunning"

This was our second stay at Beachside and to be honest we are more than happy to have a holiday here every year. The beach, the location, the house (which has everything you could ever need), the area, in fact everything is just perfect. The only good thing about leaving this house after your holiday is looking forward to coming back again which we are doing again in 2017 - Can't wait - Love it so much

"Just stunning"

Beachside is by far the most beautiful place we have ever stayed in. The location, right on the beach is stunning. We cannot rate this house highly enough. The house is spotless, very well equipped, we have already booked another week in May 2016 and cannot wait :)

What a memorable place to stay

Stayed here for a week (06/06/2015) and what a fantastic place right on the Golden Sands of Carbis Bay. Waking up listening to the waves lapping at the waters edge every morning and then being able to have breakfast out on the decked area watching the world go by, what memories. The property is fully provided with all mod cons of the highest quality and is immaculately clean inside. This is a property that we hope to return to in the near future, deserves all five star's.

Coast/Beach:

Walk straight onto Carbis Bay Beach. The many beaches of St Ives are a 25 minute walk, or 5 minutes by car.

Travel:

Carbis Bay Station is 5 minutes walk. The mainline station at St Erth, for connections to Paddington and Penzance, is 10 minutes along the St Ives Branch line. Newquay airport approximately 40 minutes and Plymouth port approximately one and a half hours by road.

Distances:

St Ives 5 minutes by car. Penzance 8 miles. Lands End 18 miles, Porthcurno and Minack Theatre 18 miles. Truro 22 miles. Padstow 33 miles. Eden Project 34 miles.

Further Details:

Tesco supermarket is only a 2 minute car journey away. Next to Carbis Bay Hotel with its beach cafe and hotel restaurant. St Ives 5 mins by car where there are restaurants, pubs, cafes, banks, shops. Kayaks, stand up paddle boards, etc can be hired from Ocean Sports on Carbis Bay Beach. Hawaiian canoe rides are also available.

A travel cot and high chair can be provided on request but we ask that guests supply their own bedding for the cot. One well behaved dog welcome. Please note there is a seasonal dog ban on Carbis Bay Beach from Sunday before Easter until 1st October when dogs are allowed between 5am and 8am only. Downstairs bedrooms are not adjacent but baby monitor available. Outside: There is a courtyard at the front of the property. At the rear, which faces the beach, there is an enclosed patio area with an infinity glass balustrade, accessed from both the kitchen and conservatory, barbecue, outdoor cube rattan table with seating for up to eight, hose pipe. Private parking is available for one car. Additional chargeable parking, which can be reserved, is available in the hotel/beach car park. Utility Room: Cupboard with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels, bed linen, bath robes for bedroom 1, tea towels included. If you book for longer than a week, we offer the option of fresh linen at the end of every week. The house will be cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. Welcome pack.
