Centrally located 2 bedroom, one twin and one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower. Internet TV and free wifi Large sunny terrace overlooking residential pool, great for outside dining. Travel cot and highchair available. Great location for children and adults alike, beautiful Paloma Park nearby. Fully equipped kitchen. Second terrace great for shade in high summer. Good for winter lets sunny terrace.

About Elaine Bell

We bought this apartment for ourselves, however we cannot now move to Spain so have decided to rent it out, therefore we have made it as comfortable as we would like it.

Why Elaine Bell chose West Costa del Sol

The apartment is in a very central location, 2 minutes to the beach and amenities, however the complex itself is residential and very quiet. having the benefit of being well maintained. There is plenty to occupy the children and adults alike.

What makes this apartment unique

The property has the advantage of 2 terraces (front and rear) therefore benefits from all day long sunshine during the summer and winter. It is ideally suited for the beach and is only a 10 minute walk to the famous Puerto Marina with fishing, boat rides etc. 2 minutes the other way is the lovely Paloma Park which is home to lots of animals and especially suitable Tivoli World is nearby where you can have a cable car ride to the mountains.

The apartment is on the ground floor, therefore no hassle with lifts etc. The large sunny rear terrace overlooks the residential pool.

Great Apartment,wonderful location,everything you need in the apartment to make it feel like Home,Supermarket 5 mins walk away,

Bars and sea front 5 mins again,bus stops 5 mins both directions,cheap if you get a bus pass,very quite at night, no noise,just a great Apartment

Great Apartment

The apartment was absolutely perfect, it had everything we wanted. The photos on the website do not do it justice.The pool is lovely and quiet. And the terrace is so nice and big. Loved sitting our there every morning having breakfast.

Elaine made the booking process so easy and hassle free.

The location isjust perfect, and more importantly, five minutes from our favourite restaurant on the beachfront, El Capricho - I cannot recommend it enough.

We will definitely be booking this apartment again.

apartment clean and as described,lovely terrace area plenty of room to sit or lay.pool area clean and tidy.quiet at night.supermarket just across road well stocked and not over priced.few mins to beach no main road to cross via subway.will definatly go back to stay thanks elaine

An ideally located apartment, well equipped and comfortable. 2 minutes to the front and some good restaurants ( try the Orange Tree to the left at the windmill roundabout!) Communication with Elaine the owner was excellent.

Activity and Interests

Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

Beaches are 1 minute from the apartment. The beaches are very clean and child friendly.

Travel:

The nearest airport is Malaga and is approximately 20 minutes driving.

Distances:

Fuengirola and Torremolinos are a short bus ride away. Marbella, Mijas are easily accessible. The famous Puerto Marina is a 10 minute walk along the promenade and Tivoli World is within walking distance. Paloma Park is 5 minutes away where you can relax and watch the wild life.

Further Details:

There are shops, restaurants and all amenities on your doorstep. There is also a small supermarket opposite the apartment.

If you wish to book the apartment, I require half payment to secure the booking, this is non refundable should you cancel your booking and the balance paid 4 weeks before departure. I also require a £100 damage deposit which will be repaid once we receive the keys back.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible.
Arrival in the apartment is after 2 pm however, if you arrive early we can arrange for you to drop luggage off and return later. Vacation of the apartment by 10.30 a.m.

Notes on prices:
Pricing can be flexible for long lets and winter prices.

Half payment is required as a deposit (non refundable) at the time of booking, balance paid 4 weeks before departure.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
