Our fabulous penthouse is centrally located and has simply spectacular views over La Manga Club, probably Europe's top leisure resort. The magnificent panoramic view over the south golf course, Mar Menor and Mediterranean Sea is just breathtaking. Everything is on the doorstep too. We are next door to the Par 47 Pitch and Putt and across the road from the Tennis and Fitness Centre. La Manga has some superb new restaurants to join the much loved well established ones - all within walking distance. Supermarkets and a variety shops are 4-5 minutes walk in both directions. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and centrally heated so suitable for year round use.

Just perfect!

If you are looking for a totally relaxing, quiet, spotlessly clean penthouse with fabulous views over la Manga Club, look no further. Everything in this penthouse is of a very high standard and very well maintained.

Boo was amazing and looked after us from our first enquiry and we felt totally in safe hands.

La Manga club has all the facilities for an energetic holiday or a totally relaxing one. Superb restaurants and lovely bars with live music to enjoy a drink, heaven!

We were looking for a stressfree holiday and it was perfect. There is a gym, indoor pool and outdoor pool a short stroll from the penthouse which often we had to ourselves!!

Thanks Boo for such a special week and book us in for next year!

Sanctuary

Penthouse TOTALLY private. IMMACULATE. Sun on one or other of the terraces all day. Beautifully furnished to a very high standard. VERY peaceful. FANTASTIC location, lovely pools, either indoor or outdoor. LOVELY views in all directions. Too many good restaurants all within walking distance. Hired a car and went to Cartagena-great day out. Enjoyed the Spa Owner was AMAZING and very helpful. Did not want to come home.

Stunning and Spectacular penthouse

This is a truly special penthouse, beautifully appointed with amazing views. Your every need is catered for, you want for nothing! Everything about our stay in this apartment was perfect; a spacious, sun trapping (two very private balconies, to ensure maximum sun), well located in this extraordinary resort.Whether self catering or dining out you are well looked after here.

Beautiful Penthouse

After visiting La Manga for over 15 years, I can safely say this is the nicest property we have stayed in. It has all the comforts of home, with the most beautiful views.

Finished to a very high standard, and furnished very tastefully.

We will certainly be returning to the property and have already recommended this penthouse to friends & family!

Fantastic

Location

From the Owner

Where do I start to tell you why I love La Manga? I have never been anywhere more relaxing, there is everything you need on your doorstep. It has been my refuge for the last 15 years whenever I have needed to recharge my batteries, but after a few days of chilling I'm soon ready for a night out at the piano bar. We have been looking for the right property to buy for years but there was always something that stopped us, until we saw the view from this apartment and that was it!

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

La Manga has a private beach at the resort called La Cala, it is 5 minutes drive from the apartment. There is a super fish restaurant there too which is open week day lunch times (except Mondays) during the Spring and Summer - worth a visit!

Travel:

Murcia/San Javier Airport (MJV) is the nearest airport, approximately 20 minutes drive away. Alicante is just over an hour away. The new Corvera airport which is due to be opening later in 2014 will be about 40 minutes away.

Distances:

Los Belones is the nearest village being 5 mins drive away. Cabo de Palos is a lovely fishing village with good restaurants, and a well attended open air market on a Sunday morning selling local fruit, veg, olives, honey, cheeses, and leather goods etc. Cartagena is an historic city, the oldest port in Spain is approx a 20 min drive. The Mediterranean Parque on route to Cartagena is a new shopping park which includes an enormous Carrefour hypermarket, Zara, and many more!

Further Details:

La Caixa Bank with cash point is within the resort with very friendly bilingual staff. There is a designated post office, a medical centre, and a hotel which has dancing to live music in The Piano Bar. There is a Spa nearby in Las Lomas, a free bus service will take you there.

Los Olivos has well maintained gardens and user friendly walkways to all amenities within the club, it has 2 large outdoor pools including children's pool areas and 1 indoor heated pool with jacuzzi. Security key card required for indoor pool area, please request at time of booking. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Soft 100% cotton bed linen, hand towels, bath sheets and pool towels are all provided. The apartment is cleaned weekly, for a two week stay, linen will be changed after the first week. Other: Staircase to a large sun terrace with new sun loungers, table and chairs.
