Casa Eva is located in the heart of a traditional and totally unspoilt Spanish Village which is located only a 15 minute drive from the coast, but feels like you have stepped back in time. You will walk out of this ultra modern village house with it's WiFi, Air Conditioning, Swimming Pool and if really needed UK Television and walk past horses waiting outside the local bars whilst the owners have a much needed cold beer. This is very much a non tourist village but with friendly locals that are proud of where they live and will make you feel welcome and encourage you try their language. Triana is well positioned to explore this wonderful part of Spain from other villages,coastal areas and major cities such as Malaga and Granada. What a wonderful place for a comfortable base to find the local attractions without costing the earth.

About the Owner

Myself David and my wife Jacqui moved to Spain in 2007 and then purchased the Villa that was to become 'Vine Ridge' in 2008, we spent a year to create what has now become the apartment and studio, in 2011 due to demand we opened the newer studio. Our 3 daughters help us to run the business and to a lesser extent so do our 3 dogs.

Through word of mouth we then started a local agent business, helping owners that often live back in the UK but need someone trustworthy to help with their rentals.

We know all our properties and owners and have a lovely quality and diverse portfolio from Rural to Coastal ,Large and Small, Secluded or Village.

We started to manage the lovely Casa Eva in 2014 and very proud to add it to our portfolio of lovely properties.

More than a holiday home

A beautiful house in a little Spanish village. So well stocked with kitchen equipment, bedding and towels in abundance. The pool is clean and perfect for the four of us to use. With a car it is in easy reach of a great shopping complex with a huge supermarket and the local village shop has a good selection.. Even marmite! We would return in a heartbeat . Thank you for a hot and wonderful holiday.

What a Gem

This house is absolutely fabulous.Set in a traditional Spanish Village.This house has everything you could possibly need for a great holiday,the kitchen is ultra modern with every time saving device you could imagine,washing machine ,dishwasher etc.The pool area is beautiful.The house is set in the heart of the Village so no need to drive everything you need is on the door step.

Rural Spain

Fabulous fortnight spent at Casa Eva. The house was lovely, the pictures don't do it justice. We didn't hire a car so relied on the village shop, which had an amazing array of stock. The local bar served tasty tapas and the staff friendly, as were the villagers. Not much English spoken so basic Spanish came in useful much to the amusement of the villagers. We really enjoyed our fortnight and hope to return one day.

wonderful experience

Casa Eva was the perfect place to discover andalucia. We had clear and nice mailing from David. So it was easy to find the house, very important as we were tired from the travelling. The house is clean, nice, everything you can possibly need is there and is of good quality. The pool is even better than it look on the picture! Just perfect!!

On top there is very usefull information on the region , the neighbourhood, facilities, spanish things... That makes it feel comfortable and it saves a lot of time in searching.

We had a wonderful stay with our two 5y old boys! Love to go back One day. Thanks!

Casa Eva in Triana near Málaga

This summer we stayed in Casa Eva. We really enjoyed our stay there. The house is nice, light and clean and has a small kidneyshaped swimmingpool.

Beds are nice but for tall people a little bit short (1.90 mtr).

Our children loved the place because in the evenings they played outside with the friendly Spanish children.

Triana is a small village with some shops, bars, a public swimmingpool and very kind people. If you want to go out you really need a car.

We had lots of fun at the beach of Torre del Mar. It is not a long drive and the beaches are not too crowded. Málaga is a beautiful town to visit. There are many restauranst and eating tapas is a nice way of spending your night out! We really would recommend Casa Eva to you!

Casa Eva, is ideally located to enable a guest to experience a lovely holiday in a very unspoilt and pretty Spanish village, only 45 minutes from Malaga airport.

Activity and Interests

Special interest holidays:

Most types of holidays from walking to painting, fishing to tapas tours can be accommodated via our website.

Coast/Beach:

The lovely Torre Del Mar is a 15 minute drive away and the popular resorts of Torrox and Nerja are only 15 to 20 minutes further.

Plenty of sandy beaches and places to sit and sunbath.

Travel:

Most major airports are serviced by Malaga airport and also there is strong competition amongst the car hire companies.

Airport pick up and drops off can be arranged if you wish to get by with local buses and taxis whilst at the house.

Distances:

Within 15 minutes you are on a beach, within another 15 minutes you can explore the lovely village of Comares and many other lovely whitewash attractive villages.

A Waterpark is again only 15 minutes away and you can explore Malaga in 45 minutes and Granada in less than 2 hours.

There is plenty to do and see and we have lots of information on our website.

Further Details:

Triana has a well stocked local supermarket, chemist and a couple of local bars that have great value food.

We can hold a booking for 24 hours whilst you book flights, then we ask for a 25% non refundable deposit to lock in the booking and the balance 6 weeks before.
There is also a £200 breakage deposit preferred with the balance but can be paid nearer arrival and this is returned within the week of you leaving and is to cover bigger items and lost keys etc.

Changeover Day:
We aim to be flexible but with back to back bookings do require adequate time for cleans, please ask your needs when you enquire.

Notes:

  • Notes on accommodation: You will struggle to find a better equipped village house at this price in Spain, this is a stunning example of modern living in traditional surroundings. Outside: It is easy to park your hire car in the road outside, this is not a tourist village and will not be flooded with extra traffic come Summer. The rear garden is designed for easy maintenance and is terraced mainly with the lovely 8 x 4 m kidney taking centre stage and positioned to take full advantage of the sun. If you sit back against the Casa you will not be overlooked by neighbours and have your thoughts to yourself, plus the sunshine! Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and Linen are provided and for the stays that are longer than a week, there is enough for change over if required. The property is cleaned to a excellent standard between all customers.
