Lovely modern 5 bedroom villa (sleeps 8) (includes a separate 2 bedroom apartment if you wish you may rent as a 3 bedroom villa, stunning views of the Mediterranean sea and vineyards, There are 5 double bedrooms in total, (upper floor has a large through living room, formal dining room and modern fitted kitchen, three double bedrooms with TV's and DVD's in 2 bed rooms and a TV and cable box in the main bedroom, 2 bathrooms, balcony and outdoor kitchen. Lower floor has a self contained 2 bedroom apartment with fitted kitchen, TV lounge, shower room and terrace. There are three outdoor dining areas on the 3 terraces and the front balcony has both a large dining table and chairs and L shaped sofa. There is an outdoor kitchen fitted with gas and charcoal BBQ's, Large private pool with seating, two covered terraces with comfortable seating, the second one has a large U shaped seats to accommodate everyone, The villa has generous outdoor space and is quietly situated but just 2 minutes' drive to the town center of Moraira and beach or 12 minutes walk. A car is not necessary. House trained pets are welcome by consent of the owner.

We bought the villa because we love Moraira and the villa is set in a great place easy to walk into town. Our children and grand children love spending time here and we have such good fun together.It is a great place to stay with lots of outdoor space, it is so easy to enjoy the sun and climate all year round and relax..

Why Christine Greenwood chose Moraira

The location is stunning with fantastic views and the style of the house provides a great sociable place with lots of seating/dining areas and plenty of covered areas for when you have had enough sun. Moraira is a great place and has approx. 100 restaurants/cafe bars and there is always plenty to do. There is a local Friday market where you can buy most things i.e. fresh fruit/ veg/ nuts /spices, gifts, clothes, leather ware etc and there is a fair ground for children. One can use the local transport, bus, train or little train that goes through the town and along the beach. There is something for everyone, there are tennis courts, horse riding, scuba diving etc. You will love it.

What makes this villa unique

There are many benefits to staying in the property my key ones are: it is private and you can enjoy the outdoor Spanish life style, the gardens have lots of seating areas and shade and there is a balcony and patio to the front of the villa and several seating areas and patios to the rear and side of the house. T V 's in 3 bedrooms. It is so versatile that you may rent it as a spacious 3 bedroom villa or rent the apartment also as 5 bedroom family villa if you wish.

The large pool is great for swimming and cooling off and the outdoor kitchen is used daily for most meals, BBQs and entertaining.

The villa is close to the beach and town and my family and I loved it. The views were great and the villa exceeded our needs and expectations. It was a fantastic place to stay with lovely terraces and seating areas although the balcony was one of my favourite places, we all thoroughly enjoyed it so much that we have already booked for next year.

We all had a fabulous time.

House was big enough for the nine of us with many outside areas if anybody (the men) needed to escape from us rather noisy females in the family.

The pool was perfect and big enough for us all. The house was extremely well equipped with everything you might need and more. Christine was able to assist almost immediately with anything, a great host.

Our only down point would be that there is no air-con but fans in the bedroom helped during some very hot nights for the time of year.

My husband and I didn't walk into town but.our grown up children their partners and grandchildren did although they got a taxi back as it is an uphill walk back but that was only a €7 taxi ride.

Thank you Christine your house allowed a family that's homes are in different countries to come together for a great time

"FANTASTIC VILLA" IMMACULATE MET OUR FAMILY NEEDS

My family and I spent the best week together in Moraira it is a great place to be, fantastic weather, blue flag beaches, beautiful bistros and restaurants. Chris the owner greeted us on arrival and was very professional throughout the booking and during our stay. The villa definitely met with the description on the web site and was exactly as advertised and immaculate throughout. There are lots of outdoor seating areas and the pool was a great size and there is plenty of covered areas to cool off and chill out. We especially loved the villa because it had the separate apartment and we could all have our own space when needed, it was great and with 5 TV’s we got to watch our British soaps and films so we were all happy. We will be returning next year Christine, thank you for your help in making it a great holiday.

Hidden charges,please be aware!!!

We stayed at this villa at the start of April 2017,on first impressions all seemed well,after being meet by the owner and given the keys we were informed that a electric meter reading ,water meter reading had been taken and that a New gas bottle had been installed.We were asked to bring the deposit over in sterling (which didnt sit right with me because the owner then changes it into euros and gets a better rate thus making a mark up straight away).The villa its self could of done with a good dusting one of the bedrooms had a smell of damp and had a couple of pillows which we could not use because they had a sweaty smell on The outdoor eating area which in the advert says is used every day ,well we never used it once the whole area was covered in grease the utensils the same dirty and greasy.The villa is situated on a very very steep incline if you are elderly or disabled you DO need transport.On leaving and returning home we received a email telling me that I had been charged for electric(this is very odd as before we stayed it stated on the advert that a allowence of 200 units would be allowed,which has now disappeared from the advert}we were charged for water? and charged for gas even though the owner says it was a full bottle of gas(never saw the gas bottle was it full?)However we were charged on the shake of the bottle even though we only used it twice to boil water .PLEASE BE AWARE OF HIDDEN CHARGES FOR UTILITY'S

Fabulous villa with loads of outdoor space

The villa is really well equipped had everything we needed and more.

celebrated my mums 60th so had 3 generations stay 8 adults and 2 babies and villa was perfect for our group.

The separate apartment meant my two aunties had some private space.

We all enjoyed the outdoor areas there was several terraces and seating areas outside.

Only down side was no air con or dishwasher apart from that villa was prefect. Close to town also.

I would definitely stay there again. Christine was also a pleasure to deal with.

Great value, well appointed, family villa.

We had a superb three generation family holiday. The villa is in a great location and has all amenities you could wish for (except air-con), but the breeze and views from the windows and balcony more than make up for that. The shady najas by the pool are a real bonus and the bbq area is shaded in the evenings which is great after a full day in the sun. We would definitely book again when we can all get together. Thank you.

There is a lot to do in Moraira and there should be something for everyone. If you contact us in advance we may be able to make arrangements for any special interests or activities for you. For example: golf, horse-riding, scuba diving (P.A.D.I.), tennis, dancing, Spanish lessons and lots more.

Coast/Beach:

The Blue Flag sandy beach is approx. 7 minutes drive by car. The main beach has wheelchair access and there is a 2nd beach near by. Both beaches are patrolled during the summer months and are child - friendly, as they slope away very gently.

Travel:

Approx. 1 hour drive from Alicante airport and 1.5 hours from Valencia airport.

Distances:

Benidorm theme parks are approx 40 mins by car: Terra Mittica (theme park), Mundo Mar (Sea World), Aqualandia (water park for all ages), Terra Natura (zoo). Approx. driving times to nearby towns: Teulada 10 mins, Benissa 15 mins, Javea 20 mins, Calpe 20 mins, Benidorm 35 mins, and Denia 40 mins.

Further Details:

In peak season you can enjoy horse riding, hiking, water sports (scuba diving-jet ski hire, fishing), Go-Karting, cycle hire, tennis, mini golf and much more. Take a train from Teulada (10 minutes' drive) and spend glorious days at Benidorm's Terra Mitica theme park, Mundo Mar (Sea World), Aqualandia (Water Park) and Terra Natura (zoo). Trains travel along the coast from Benidorm to Denia, so check the internet for all the other attractions on offer. For touring by car, there's Javea, Oliva and Valencia to the north, inland, the beautiful Jalon Valley - famous for its wine and almond blossom - and to the south, Benissa and Calpe as well as Benidorm. Or, closer to home, enjoy the nightlife and resort amenities in Moraira, where there's an abundance of restaurants offering international cuisines, including Italian, Greek, Indian, Spanish, Belgian, German, Chinese, Japanese and English, plus restaurants specialising in tapas or the wonderful local fresh fish. Booking Notes:
I will forward you the full details of the booking procedures: a deposit of 30% or a minimum of £500 is required to reserve the booking with the balance to be paid no less than 10 weeks before the rental proceeds. the preferred method for paying booking deposit is into my bank account, however you may pay via Pay Pal but you will be charged the fee for using this method. Summer lets: a security deposit of £300 is to be paid - Winter longer term lets a security deposit of £500 in advance and is refundable after departure. Longer term Winter rentals : pay two months in advance. Winter rentals (low price rates) will pay for the gas bottles requested, electric and water used.Saturday is the preferred arrival date.

Changeover Day:
Arrival and departure date/times can be flexible but Saturday is the preferred changeover day with a standard departure time of 10.00 am and an arrival time of 4.00 pm to permit cleaning prior to arrival.

Notes on prices:
N.B.Guests who stay during the summer season receive 200 kW/h electricity free per week which is adequate for a villa this size, (if you use more due to excessive usage e.g. leaving lights and fans on all day when not necessary) you will be charged. Off season on the low weekly rate guests and special 28 days/, long term rates also pay for electricity, gas and water used plus tax. Monthly/winter and weekly rental rates include pool cleaning, gardening, service fees. Prices include bed linen and towels.

Additional pool/beach towels can be provided for £4 per person per week or you may bring your own as house towels are not allowed at the pool side as the chlorine ruins them. The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival. . The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival.
