About the property

Well furnished and equipped 2 bed apt with aircon at NO extra charge

Our apartment benefits from a perfect position which directly overlooks the main pool area in the complex and is only one of a few that enjoys the sun all afternoon right through until sunset. The balcony is of a good size and well equipped to enjoy the sun. The complex is only a short walk to all amenities including bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and banks all centralized around pedestrianized Rio Nalon. Murcia's blue flag beaches are 10 minutes walk and boasts 4km of coast line and promenade regularly used by walkers and cyclists

Co-owned by 2 families from the UK, both with children. We purchased off plan in 2005 in the 2nd phase of the project. We both enjoy the apartment ourselves for family and golfing holidays.

Lovely apartment, well positoned

The area immediately around the apartments is not built on so the area has a lovely secluded feel while a good selection of restaurants is only a few minutes away. An excellent beach with some good beach bars is also only a short walk away. The apartment itself has all you need should you wish to self cater. Full air conditioning and the provision of a safe are also positive extra's. The big advantage of the apartment though is its position for capturing the evening sun. It is definitely one of the best located apartments on the complex for this. In late June we loved to have a drink on the balcony until losing the sun at around 8:50, then strolling out for an excellent relaxing meal. We have been visiting the area for several years now and the square used to be very quiet in the evenings. Now more entertainment is provided and when we were there the quality was extremely good. This has been a positive improvement as the entertainment extends the evenings without spoiling the lovely feeling of the area. From the initial enquiry until the date of arrival the service provided by Phil and Jo was second to none. If you are looking for a well placed and well maintained apartment in a relaxing area then we can certainly recommend this.

Fantastic stay!

This was a 5 night break with my Sister, booked only a week before arrival date. From initial enquiry to arrival Jo was extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and everything was as promised. The apartment was spotless on arrival, bright and airy, we were very impressed. Great view of the pool from the balcony and perfect for sitting out in the evening catching the last rays of sunshine with a glass of wine! The location of the apartment is ideal, easy walking distance of plenty of bars and restaurants and a beautiful beach. I would have no hesitation in returning. Overall we had a fantastic time. Highly recommended, thank you Jo!

Activity and Interests


The beaches are no more than 10 minutes walk down through Rio Nalon. You are required to cross 2 roads which both have zebra crossing.


Murcia airport approximately 15 minutes drive. Car hire is an option but by no means essential as all you require is within walking distance. Airport transfer can be arranged for you at an extra cost.


Los Alcazares is a decent sized town which is accessible on foot from the location on the complex.
