Great to have secured Sarah’s property for a long weekend over Easter. This little cottage was perfect for what we needed; clean, warm, welcoming of our dogs and Pete to situated for a stroll into Padstow or driving to explore further
We've had a great few days at 'the Pad' in Padstow , thank- you Sarah.... On arrival we were impressed with the tranquil setting and the secure walled garden was perfect for our dog, this was his first break away from home and he settled straight away. The cleanliness of the cottage was excellent and everything maintained immaculately with everything you could possibly need, including cleaning products, Wi fi connection, and the all important phone charger in case you forgot to take your own !
The weather was great for April and allowed for exploring the Cornish coastline.
Padstow is well worth a visit with it's harbour, shops and restaurant's, and very dog friendly.
We visited Port Isaac and enjoyed walks on the beach at Trevone. We will certainly be returning to this beautiful location, our break was short but very relaxing, highly recommended.
My family have just spent 4 nights at the Pad and we had such a lovely time. It’s in a quiet location with a spacious but enclosed outside area perfect for children and dogs. We found the walk to and from town slightly tricky with a toddler as there is no pavement for the first part of the way, but the road is quiet so it wasn’t too much of an issue. The walk back is uphill and took us about 20 minutes (or 15 minutes without the toddler!). The Pad had all of the amenities we needed with lovely comfortable beds and a decent shower. If we ever visit Padstow again we will definitely book to stay here.
Our group were staying here and at other Meadow Court properties on our Cornish golf tour. The accommodation was just as described and ideal for us. Very comfortable, and very easy to get around to golf in the day and Padstow in the evening
Lovely comfortable cottage ideal for short break, all basic equipment provided.
Fabulous location to explore north and south Cornwall.
Owner very helpful. Would highly recommend.

I was born and grew up in Sheffield and moved from Yorkshire to the Midlands in my late 20s. I am married and work as an Advisory Teacher in Staffordshire. I love the outdoors and am most relaxed when I'm by the sea - whatever the weather!
Why they chose this property
I have been a visitor to Cornwall all my life and have very happy childhood memories of summer holidays spent in and around Padstow. When the opportunity arose to buy a second home I didn't consider anywhere else - it had to be Padstow!
