"La Petite Perle" character house in a medieval village with immense charm.

Updated: 12-Aug-2016
Castillon Du Gard, Languedoc-Roussillon. House located centre of triangle of Nimes, Avignon & Uzes - In the center of a picturesque village, 3 Km from the Pont du Gard and 10 minutes from Uzès

Older than the French revolution, this house has been restored with respect and passion. It is a link to the past and a sanctuary. It is located between Nimes and Avignon, near the Alpilles, the Camargue and the Cévennes, close to the iconic Pont du Gard and the first duchy of France (Uzès). The Renaissance village of Castillon du Gard overlooks the valley of the Gardon. The keys to open the door to Provence are in your hands. Even if you prefer a holiday without a car, this village has a baker, a butcher, a newsagent and a Post Office. There is also a market on Tuesday mornings. You can relax and unwind without the need to travel. Those wanting to explore will find a wealth of interests close to hand. Most guests leave wanting another few weeks to try and see all that is to offer.

The place is between Nîmes, Avignon and Uzès. It is very near Le Pont du Gard and the river of Le Gardon. It offers the choice of many cultural and sporting activities such as hiking, horse riding, golf, canoe, swimming, cycling...
