Pemberton cottage is centrally located on one of Hay-on-Wye’s oldest streets; perfect for browsing the book shops, and exploring this quaint border town. The cottage has a warm and cosy interior, with a contemporary finish and beautiful oak throughout. The cottage is comfortably furnished and has 2 ensuite bedrooms sleeping up to 6 people. There is free WiFi, a private courtyard with patio furniture and barbecue; and off-street parking for one car. The delights of Hay are just a stones throw away; with great walks, interesting shops, pubs, restaurants and a cinema all on your doorstep.

Lovely Stay

Lovely clean, modern cottage complete with off road parking. It is right in the centre of Hay, perfect for visiting all the amazing bookshops, but in a quiet location. The cottage is very well equipped with everything needed for our stay

We had a great time and hope to return next year.

Great, clean, modern cottage, a lot of space, quality furniture, well equipped kitchen, friendly owners, quiet street, not fat from the Brecon Beacons. Local produce : a very good butcher, baker, greengrocer..... Need I say more? It ticks all the boxes. Great value for money, highly recommended.

    Bookings confirmed once deposit has been received. Deposits of 25% are payable, the balance should be paid at least 8weeks before the holiday starts. If a booking is made within eight weeks of the holiday then full payment is requested. Payments can be via Pay pal, cheque, or BACS.

    Preferred changeover day is Saturday. Arrival time is after 3.30pm. Departure time is 10.30 am.

Downstairs there is an open plan living area leading through to the kitchen/dining area with a central staircase. Upstairs there are two en-suite bedrooms. Outside: There is a private patio courtyard with patio furniture to seat six people. A barbecue is provided. The patio catches the early morning sunshine up until the early afternoon so is ideal for al-fresco breakfast and lunch. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bed linen are included. The property is fully cleaned on changeover days.
