This superb air-conditioned three bedroomed villa with 2 solarium and communal pool is ideally located within walking distance of beaches, restaurants, bars & shops. It's situated in a quiet, established residential area. It has a terrace for alfresco dining, open plan living area with fully fitted American style kitchen. Satellite TV, DVD etc. supplied.

Three bedroom terraced house with an open plan on the top floor in the master bedroom with an ensuite. Two bedrooms located on the 1st floor. One with two singles and the other with two sets of bunkbeds. A large bathroom also located on this floor with a large bath, a shower and double sinks.

On the ground floor is an open plan sitting room/ dining area. There is a kitchen located here with an outdoor tiled area, usually for hanging clothes etc. There is also a utility room located out in this area with a shower and toilet.

Local sandy beaches with EEC blue flag awards for cleanliness with rocky caves + beautiful marinas, offering safe swimming, fishing, scuba diving, jet ski, banana boat rides + pedal boating a 2 mins drive/10 mins walk of the accommodation.


Murcia is the nearest airport being about 15 minutes from the villa. Alicante is slightly further away at about 45 minutes. The main budget airlines fly to these airports. A hire car is recommended but not essential. If you prefer not to hire a car airport collection can be arranged and driver is happy to stop at the local supermarket for a big shop if required. Torrevieja is the nearest large seaside town about 20 minutes by car. It has a beautifully palm fringed promenade, marina restaurants and bars. Just off the main N332 is the commercial area with a Carrefour hypermarket and the Habernas shopping centre, Water Park, cinemas, bowling etc.

Further afield but well worth the visit is the mountain village of Guadalest and the caves at Canelobres to the north of Alicante. World famous La Manga and Cartagena are about an hours drive to the south.

The renowned 'Cabo Roig strip' with its variety of bars and restaurants is approximately a 20 minute walk away. Nearby at La Zenia there are also numerous bars/restaurants including the popular 'Paddy's Point' bar which has a variety of entertainment every night & Go karts are just around the corner.

The town of Torrevieja, which has a large Aquapark and marina is a 15 minute drive away and can also be reached by the numerous bus services which run daily. It is located next to Los Habeneros shopping mall which the ladies are sure to enjoy.

Anyone who likes scuba diving must go to Cabo de Palos for some of the best diving in the Mediterranean. There is a marine reserve just offshore and its fantastic.

If you want to go further afield then there is the Terra Mittica theme park overlooking Benidorm and also a bigger water park and of course the shops and beaches of Benidorm.

10 minutes south of our house is the Mar Menar which is an inland sea and if you go to a place called Lo Pagan you can bathe in the sulphur lagoons with the locals. This hot mud is meant to have healing powers and is very popular with the local elderly population. It is great fun and has to be experienced to be believed.

There are a number of historic cities all less than an hour's drive of Cabo Roig - Murcia, Cartagena, Orihuela, Elche and Alicante. Also La Manga and the Mar Menor are well worth a visit.
