Considered to be one of the best complexes in Javea, Puerto Real is a prestigious & secure complex. It is maintained to a superior standard & is set around a large communal pool. The gardens are lawned & the many trees give ample shade during the summer months. There are changing & shower facilities next to the pool. This peaceful location is situated in the port less than a 5min stroll from its wonderful promenade lined with an excellent array of bars & restaurants & the pebbled beach of La Grava. Here you can take in the view of the bay, its marina & Cap de Sant Antoni. All amenities are within walking distance therefore a car is not essential. There are many championship golf courses within easy reach making this an ideal base for a golfing holiday. The apartment is on the 2nd floor but has a lift for easy access. There are 2 south facing balconies overlooking the pool area & communal gardens. a 3rd balcony leads from the kitchen area. The apartment has full air con in all rooms except bathrooms which have heated towel rails. Secure underground parking available.

Notes on accommodation: The pool & gardens are for residents only & the whole complex is securely gated for your comfort. The gardens are peaceful & the trees provide ample shade. The changing toilets & shower facilities are immaculate. The apartment is south facing so you have the sun all day. blinds on all balconies. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment & has been refurbished to a high standard. The apartment is on the 2nd floor & a stones throw to all amenities so a car is not essential. Secure underground car parking is available if you hire a car. If you are looking for a golfing holiday this is an ideal base to enjoy a few rounds of golf at one of the many championship golf courses all within an hours drive away. A selection of books, & games are provided for your entertainment. We hope to provide everything you require for a comfortable & relaxing holiday in a wonderful environment. Outside: The gardens are superbly maintained with lawns, shrubs & trees. The swimming pool is accessed by a secure gate. The pool is communal & not heated. All balconies have roller blinds to protect you from the midday sun. The main balcony has sunbeds & small table & chairs so you can enjoy al- fresco dining. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The Apartment Is Cleaned To A High Standard Throughout Prior To Each Clients Arrival. bed Linen, Towels & Beach Towels Are Included. bed Linen & Towels Are All Changed Weekly. Other: An entrance hall leads onto the lounge/ dining area giving a feeling of extra space. The apartment is tiled throughout.

This was our third visit to the appt so that must tell how happy we are with it. Excellent owners attention and they are like unobtrusive friends but there in case of problems.

We Used to live in Javea Until 2004 and started going back four years ago. Wished we hadn’t left it 10 years before returning. Restaurants have improved enormously with very reasonable prices. Love the pebbly beach and crystal clear water just a few minutes from the appt.. shopping is more comprehensive and mostly cheaper than in UK and as we eat in most nights we enjoy “shopping Spanish” style.

Have booked again for next year.

Simply excellent

We have stayed in many rented apartments in Spain and Portugal. This was quite simply the best we have stayed in. The apartment itself is delightfully appointed, bright, spacious, beautifully decorated, very well equipped and tranquil. They even provided beach towels. It's more like a hotel than a rented apartment. The TV capability was excellent (why would you want it though), the wifi speed was excellent (same question perhaps) and the airco units were more than capable. It's proximity to the port is terrific. Everything you need is in short walking distance but that does not mean noise from motor scooters etc. The pool is very big with plenty of room around it. The garage is extremely big unlike some really tight squeezes we've found. There are three balconies so the sun is always available. What capped it off for us was the personal welcome from Kay and John. Throughout the whole booking process they kept us fully informed and their directions from the airport were perfect. They provided a welcome pack for us too without asking and it far exceeded anything we've ever paid for before. I would recommend in the strongest terms. Thanks Kay and John.

A well equipped and spacious apartment located in an attractive secure development.

Centrally positioned for everything from shopping to restaurants ; bus stops to beaches, it would be difficult to find better.

Kay and John Bennett provide a friendly, reliable and efficient service with the attention to detail that ensures a great holiday

Javia apartment

We arrived and was greeted by Kay and John who then showed us around the apartment and they had also left us a complimentary pack which included milk bread etc... Our first thoughts were it was just amazing,clean,bright and there was just everything we needed. It's only a 5 min walk to the port which is fantastic.

We just fell in love with it more so that we are returning next year.

Our accommodation made our holiday thank you. 😃👍🏻

Lovely holiday

We had a lovely holiday in Javea. The apartment is in an ideal position in the port area within easy walking distance of everything. The front is only 2 minutes walk.

The apartment is well kept and comfortable and has a variety of seating options including 2 sun beds. The bed in the master bedroom was also very comfortable. The en-suite was probably bigger than our bathroom at home and nicely fitted out.

We also found that having a parking space in the underground garage was also very useful, you know you are always going to have a space, the car is less likely to be damaged and is out of the sun.

We would be happy to return to the apartment in the future and recommend it to others. Kay and John were very helpful, even buying us croissants for the next morning as the shops were going to be closed due to a fiesta.

Sunny apartment in Javea Port

We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment as it is very light and modern with generous sized rooms, a lovely kitchen, well equipment and all very tastefully furnished. The location great for easy access to all that is going on in the Port. John & Kay made us feel feel very welcome and so thoughtful with the items included in the welcome pack.

We would definitely recommend this property to friends and relations and we hope to manage a trip back ourselves.

Situated on the warm eastern shore of the med, Javea enjoys a world-class climate. The stunning mountain, shaped exactly like a resting elephant (the Montgo) watches over the town.

We are a 5min walk to la Grava pebbled beach & 30min level coastal walk to the sandy blue flagged arenal beach. Both have promenades lined with restaurants bars & shops numerous cove type beaches are within a 4-10km radius. There are excellent snorkelling diving & crystal clear swimming facilities in Javea.


Javea is easily accessible from two main airports:

Alicante & Valencia. Both approximately 1hr drive (100km). We find Alicante The easier option with immediate access to main roads to Javea.
