This is a newly refurbished development in the rural village of s'arraco. Its location is on the foothills of beautiful mountains and offering fantastic walking and great for cycling which majorca is famous for. The property is privately tucked away and sits in matured gardens. And offers total privacy and a very large space for relaxing. The beautiful sitting area looks out on to a large terrace which leads down to its own pool with added sunbathing area, a pure luxury for this one bedroomed casita.

A hidden gem

This lovely little casita has everything that you would need for the perfect holiday. The outside space is fabulous, we were hardly inside during our 11 night stay. The pool was such an added bonus, very clean, well maingained and great to have it all to ourselves. The interior has been well thought out and the owner is often on hand if you need anything. Being able to walk into the village was a big plus, and the local restaurants were very good. We would definitely return here.

Fabulous, intimate, quality!

This beautiful casita has been stylishly created with such lovely attention to detail and makes for an intimate and comfortable stay. The stone-walled bedroom is a delight with a small window allowing for moon and sunlight. The lounge offers a sense of space flowing out on the shaded terrace where there are a selection of chairs and sun loungers. The lounge also has a TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs. The kitchen is small and excellently equipped and the bathroom has a super rainfall shower. The pool is wonderful and we couldn't detect any chemicals but the water was always clean and fresh. It is a couple of minutes walk into S'arraco which has a small shop, a lovely Argentinian restaurant and a great-value local pizzeria as well as a couple more bars and a bank. From the village you can take the 14km circular walk to La Trapa and it is only a 5 minute drive to Port d'Andratx and the beach at Sant Elm. We would definitely come back for a relaxing adult stay or with our little ones who would love the pool and outside space (which can be secured from the terrace with a wooden gate). Thank you so much to the owner for making our stay so comfortable and for being on hand (next door but discretely!) with guide books and tips!

Special interest holidays:

WALKING....is very popular on the island, the property sits on the edge of the Serra Tramuntana mountain range, stretching from Andratx to Formentor, it is an absolute paradise for the outdoor enthusiasts. Walking is recommended early spring and autumn months, the variety us endless from leisurely strolls to a more extreme and challenging enthusiast!

CYCLING....is hugely popular, particularly winter or spring, during this period cyclists both professional and tourists will be found almost everywhere.

Coast/Beach:

Nearest beaches are 10 minutes drive St Elm and Camp de Mar.

Travel:

Palma airport is 35 minutes away. a taxi would cost approx 75 euros, Taxis are approx 8.50 euros to Port de Andratx and are readily available.

Distances:

Walking distance to the village of S'Arraco with small grocery store, chemist, Banks and bars. 10 minutes from Port De Andratx.
