Occupying an outstanding position amongst the fine Regency period buildings which front Sidmouth's splendid Esplanade. The apartment aptly named the `Esplanade ' is located in the majestic Wyndham Court. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of the building and has glorious sea views.

Tastefully furnished with period features the Esplanade apartment is in a superb location, being only yards from the beach and a few minutes walk to the many shops, bars and restaurants.

Wyndham Court is perfectly placed for taking leisurely strolls along the unspoilt seafront with its wide expansive pebbly beach, which at low tide gives way to golden sands. One can either spend lazy days on the beach relaxing in a deck chair, or alternatively spend time sitting in this delightful, spacious apartment looking out to the sea and watching the world go by.

Shops and amenities are all close at hand, including bars ,restaurants, cinema, theatre, bowls, tennis and a swimming pool.

It is perfectly placed for exploring the Jurassic coastline with its spectacular coastline and wonderful walks.

Notes on accommodation: Regrettably not suited for children. Sorry no pets and no smoking Changeover days flexible, preferred Saturday Short breaks welcomed, min 3 nights. If the second bedroom is required to accommodate 4 persons, a one off supplement of £15 will be charged for short stays. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Both towels and bed linen included, and changed at end of each stay. Perfect Bolthole!

Beautiful apartment, welcoming from the moment you walk through the door, particularly with the Owners thoughtful treats - a perfect touch after a long journey. The decor is lovely, very tastefully done but also extremely cosy. The sea being literally just across the road you really can chill out to the sound of the waves. Even in the cold and wet weather (late January) this apartment was perfect, a few minutes walk to some lovely shops and restaurants. We came home feeling totally refreshed and have every intention of returning. Would just like to add that we were slightly worried about the parking situation having read some previous reviews but if you are here during "winter season" it is only £2 for parking at the rear of the property from 10 am til midnight. With spaces becoming available on the road to the front from 7 pm onwards so this did not cause us a problem at all. Would definitely recommend.
