NB (The property is fitted with a large upright fridge/freezer with smoked glass doors. Therefore acceptance of children is subject to confirmation (& a higher refundable security deposit charged).

Unusually quiet location for a town house, with free, shady parking outside the door. Garden to relax in or step outside the gates, & wonder around the cobbled streets of St. Antonin (less than 1 mins walk away) where you will find everything you need.

The medieval town centre of St. Antonin Noble Val is right on your doorstep.

Free, shaded off street parking is available directly in front of the house.

This is also a Great base, from which to explore the many bastide towns & villages within easy driving distance.

The best of both worlds : Being so close to town (for morning bread / croissants / papers) & all shops, the Sunday morning market coming right to the door, yet less than 5 mins drive will bring you into the countryside with dramatic views - There are also numerous walks from the doorstep (Tourist Office has a complete guide to these).

Nearby are Medieval villages, Bastide towns, Chateaux, Abbeys, Churches and magnificent natural sites of outstanding beauty; whether it be wooded valleys or the meandering River Aveyron with its dramatic gorges.

Also wine growing regions.

ACTIVITIES

Horse riding, canoeing, cycling, fishing, bird watching, rock climbing, tree wire, paragliding, wine tasting, museums, tennis and of course walking.

An afternoon's excursion by canoe through the Aveyron Gorge is considered a 'must' by nearly all guests.

Golf: Golf is a delight in this part of France ~ courses are often clear, even in the high season.

There is an excellent18~hole golf course at the beautiful city of Albi (45 min)/another smaller golf course @ Gaillac (40 min)

Why not take the whole family for a half day visit to the medieval town of Albi, to explore the boutiques and cafes, and then meet up at one of the many restaurants in town. There is also a public water park @ Albi for the children.

2 adults bikes are available on request (there are also hire shops in town if further bikes are required)

Fabulous to be right in town, & in an unusually quiet spot at the end of the square with shady parking just outside.

The house has the added advantage of a good size, walled garden to enjoy & relax, providing privacy and sunshine.

less than 5 mins walk from the Public (heated) swimming pool, so its possible to have an early refreshing swim before most peoples day even begins!

What makes this house unique

A perfect location to enjoy a great social life & all summer fetes / night markets of the town, plus all other benefits the town has to offer, yet in a relaxed quiet location.

Off road (free) Parking immediately outside a definite benefit too.

Some Great (marked) bike rides or numerous walks from the town & beyond.

Sun loungers also provided Shady (free) parking directly in front of the house. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels, linen are all included in the holiday price. (The property will be cleaned prior to each arrival - we would ask you to please leave it in a clean and tidy state. Thank you) A PROPERTY FILE is available on your arrival, which will give you full information on the property and surrounding area. A caretaker is also nearby for any additional assistance required. Numerous walks are well signposted and of varying degrees of difficulty, strength required. A guide can be purchased at the Tourist office in town.

Highly recommend property, excellent location

This is an excellent property, in a great location close to local amenities. The house has everything you might need, it's a real home, tastefully maintained and Jayne is the perfect host - on hand if necessary but never intrusive. The garden is beautifully kept and provides an ideal space for sunbathing and eating alfresco. It is a short walk to the shops, the swimming pool and the pretty medieval centre of St Antonin with its cafes and restaurants. The Sunday market is right on the doorstep. Other activities include walking and canoeing and there are numerous impressive hilltop villages within a short drive, including Puycelsi, Najac, Penne and Bruniquel. Highly recommended.

What a gem of a property.

One of the best houses we have stayed in in France, fully equipped with anything you could need truly a home from home. Being a short walk into town to great cafes and shops is a real bonus. Jayne the owner is very helpful and knowledgable about the local area and is only too pleased to be of help. We had a lovely holiday and are looking forward to returning in the future.

A gem

We had a wonderful time in Jaynes house in St Antonin

She I made us so welcome and we felt as if we had known her for years

We loved wondering around the quirky streets in the town and chatting in the local bars and eating places .the Sunday market is a must to visit with local produce .

We would recommend the property to friends and family

Beautiful house - Excellent Location

This is a beautiful house – comfortable & well equipped, in an excellent location. St Antonin Noble Val is a stunning town & there are countless wonderful places surrounding the area – within just 20 /30 mins drive. Local Sunday market is fabulous. We loved Cordes Sur Ciel.

We really enjoyed our holiday here. Thanks to the owners for providing this lovely place & excellent guidance on the area.

Surpassed the listing description .Spotlessly clean. Everything one would need for a comfortable vacation . Just a few steps gets you to the shops and many restaurants .
