Notes on accommodation: This property really is stunning with fantastic sea views, the inside of the property oozes class! The interior decoration is to a high level everything is well cared for. The terraces are out of this world! Choose this property and you will be back! Outside: There are several different balconies with an overall size of 240 square meters. On some balconies there are outdoor furniture, including two dining tables, coffee tables, chairs, sun loungers / beds . There are two outside heated shared swimming pools. Sun beds and umbrellas are provided by maintenance staff. Utility Room: Washer and dryer machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included. Extra cleaning can be arranged! maids will come in whenever suits you! Prices for this can be obtained. Other: This is a high end property with lots of space!

Great property. Overview of beach. Easy access to pool. Fab facilities and amenities. Everything provided in apartment. Very high standards - didn't want to leave it. Management excellent friendly and helpful. Would recommend car though to access other tourist sites restaurants places of interest etc. (car space available). Highly recommend. Mari, Ireland

Fabulously wonderful apartment!

My husband and I stayed here with four demanding teenagers! This apartment is just wonderful and the photos don't do it justice!

Lee was there for our arrival and was so helpful with local information, with places to see and things to do. It was nice to meet a person who genuinely loved the area and apartment.

The apartment is in a stunning location and very clean. I have never stayed in a place where everything is thought of from a huge amount of bath/beach towels, endless supply of loo roll to kids bucket, spade, beach ball and chairs. You only need to pack your swimming costume!

The broadband was super fast (much better than the UK!) and it kept our teens very happy!

The kitchen was very well equipped and lots of info on where to take the rubbish etc. Again, everything supplied from washing powder, cloths and even rinse aid for the dishwasher! The welcome pack kept us going for the whole two weeks!

It was real luxury with large bedrooms and bathrooms. The views from the terraces was wonderful and great to eat out every night with the bbq listening to the sea.

Very quiet complex and family friendly. Loads of room by the very clean pools with life guards. A real bonus was to be able to step out onto the walkway and the beach being on your doorstep. Our children loved the waves to body surf. Great beach bar just a few meters away for ice creams or food.

We had a car so found it very easy to get about to the vast shopping mall, Marbella, Puerto Banus and jaw dropping harbour is a must see. We did one large trip to Ronda and a water park. Great clean under ground parking with the lift up to the apartment with the shopping.

A very relaxing holiday and we didn't want to leave!

If I needed to be very critical, the only thing was no information on places to see and eat. But Lee had all the information we needed and there is always the Internet!

We would love to come back, there was not enough time to see everything.

Fabulous Location, relax all day&knight by the sea

Every was as described and more, loads of space truly 5 star. Beautiful gardens leading to the beach. Lift from car park air ground floor direct to your beach. TV not turned on throughout holiday, private sunbathing out side all bedrooms, large, very Lerge terrace. Beach bar directly outside gardens and trocadero very close by as are many golf clubs. We will return for sure. Even basics as in food and beers and wine there on arrival

We have some great routes from 6km to 20km


100 meters to sand beach. Beach is at least 5 kilometres long.

It is cleaned every morning by town authorities.

Sun beds and umbrellas can be provided at the beach at extra pay.

There are five beach restaurants. Two of them within 200 meters

from the entrance to the beach.


Malaga airport. 50 kilometres. 40 minute drive.

Transfers can be arranged.

Hire Car - It depends on your interests. You can do without it.

Waiting time for taxi is just 5 minutes.


The apartment is situated in one of Marbella's finest areas, just 5 minutes from Marbella centre and some truly great golf courses!

The Marbella area:

PALM BEACH Marbella is a luxury urbanisation set in the east of Marbella, near Los Monteros. It is on the beach and near the Hospital Costa del Sol, a number of five-star hotels and several golf courses including Rio Real Golf, Santa Clara and Marbella Golf Club, which are only a few minutes away.

One of the best features about Palm Beach Marbella is the quality of the beaches, with fine sand in most locations, and good value beach bars and beach restaurants to while away your time in.

There are some possibilities for water sports activities - mainly jet-ski and some windsurfing. Kite surfing is available from time time in this area from one of the local beaches - depending on the wind strength.

In this neighbourhood there are a number of fine housing developments. Including one of "Antonio Banderas" properties.

Málaga's international airport is only 50 kilometres away. The Cabo Pino port and marina are also very near.

For shopping, Marbella centre is only 5 minutes away as well as La Cañada , one of the coast largest shopping malls. For designer shopping Puerto Banus marina is ten to fifteen minutes away!
