This is a well located two bedroom modern apartment that has been recently refurbished . We have also updated the furniture to provide a really comfortable stay. The property is in the heart of Cabo Roig amongst many fabulous bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, super markets, pharmacy and the doctor is located at the end of the road. So convenient for people that would like to stay local and close to the apartment and enjoy the local hospitality, its all within a stones throw away. Cabo roig and La Zenia beaches including they're beautiful harbours are within a 10 min walk. Which will provide you with stunning views along the promenade. There's a championship golf course Villa Martin close by and a great modern shopping centre called la Zenia boulevard, its the biggest in the province of Alicante. The apartment is situated on the quiet side of a gated and secure complex which also benefits from the sun all day, which will appeal to those sun worshippers. You can sit on the balcony which over looks the pool while sunning yourself. We have secure underground parking with lifts direct to your floor. This property is ideal for golfers ,family's and couples. I am in my 40's and bought this property off plan 12 years ago as an investment and a holiday home for family and friends .

We visit the property every year and make sure its well maintained to a high standard and we refurbished the property in October 2016.

We use kind and friendly keyholders that meet a high standard of cleanliness.

They will always check the property before and after each stay and welcome you with a smile and will always be willing to help with your needs.

I bought this property in this area as it is a great location and I could see the potential in the expanding area. It has a lot to offer and is well located making it easy to visit other parts of the coast .We are NOT disappointed with our purchase and still look forward to our family holiday here each year .As we always find something new and new places to go .

Cabo Roig has many bars/restaurants/super markets within close proximity. There are many local beautiful beaches and Harbours. There's a brand new shopping centre called la zenia boulevard Also great local water parks, go karting track and markets with so much to see and do. You will NOT be disappointed.

Apartments clean close to all amenities

Owner contact difficulties confusing contact with key holders too.

Extortionate Meet and greet fees supposedly refundable deposit but after asking how to obtain refund said they had no receipt being paid!!

Ideal Location

This property is very well maintained and in an ideal location. It has everything you would need in an apartment just like home from home, the owners should be very proud of this. It has easy access to all restaurants and bars and only a 10 min walk from the beach.

Sadly the apartment wasn't as we'd hoped. Small changes could make a huge difference .

The floors and surfaces were dirty. The linen and bedding were clean though.

Wardrobes to hang clothes fine but only one chest of drawers that were unusable as the runners were broken. There was 5 of us in the apartment so we had to use suitcases for unhangable items.

The shower was useless , the lever to turn it on broken and the shower head pointed into the wall.

Fridge storage door cracked so unuseable.

Not all the lights in the bathroom worked making it rather dingy.

Insufficient pillows for the ammount of guests. Some more were supplied on request.

The children loved the pool area and the location of the apartment was very handy.

Owner's Response: Luckily enough we stayed in our property straight after Laura had vacated the apartment. We notice that our property was not up to the standard we left it . The KeyHolder was Not informing us of the broken items or repairing what was broken. Due to this we have now changed the KeyHolder and rectifyed all the small problems/broken items . So the property is now back to its original high standard. We apologise to Laura and her party . We would like anyone that stays at our property to contact us directly if they have any problems. As we are in the hands of our KeyHolders we would like your feedback and to be given the chance to rectify any small problems if you have any . We have invested our time and money and continue to work hard to make sure all Hoilday makers have a very comfortable stay.

EXCELLENT APARTMENT ALL ROUND.

Stayed in June 2017 and usually stay in September as well.

Cabo Roig is a great resort if you want some nightlife and restaurants, and the next day want to relax on one of the many great beaches in the area, or may be max out on retail therapy at the huge La Zenia Boulevard shopping complex just a stones throw away. It is also only twenty minutes from Murcia airport and easy to get too, which gets your holiday off to a great start.

The apartment itself is right where you need it, on the strip!!!

The apartment actually faces away from the strip which Is better in my view because you certainly don't here any noise if there is any.

It is air conditioned in the main bedroom and kitchen living area (and it actually works). It is also equipped with every manner of things and all working and new.

This was our third stay in this particular apartment and we are coming back again which should tell you something.

FAB APARTMENT WITH A GREAT LOCATION

Just come back from a short stay in Cabo Roig at Playa Marina 1. The apartment has been recently refurbished and is light and modern. Although, brilliantly located in the centre of Cabo Roig's busy strip the apartment is very quiet. Ann-Marie (the key holder) is two doors away and was really helpful. We will be returning in June for a weeks stay. Can't wait!!

Nice apt, everything was as described in advert, enjoyed are week,close to all amenities..

Had an enjoyable time in this apt,was very secure and my wife felt very safe both entering and leaving Apt.

Tried to operate the oven and failed unsure if it was are stupidity or oven not working ?

Shower needs attached to wall better a few loose screws and couldn't get showering very well because of this !

Furniture in living room not the most comfortable we have ever sat on, but you don't come to Spain to waste the good weather sitting inside !

I would definitely use this Apt again if visiting this area !

We also feel the 50 Euro charge for cleaning the Apt is excessive and 20 Euros would be sufficient as the Apt could be cleaned in 10 minutes !

Cannot comment on the Apts wi Fi as we were told to go to Vickys pub behind the Apt as there signal was better than the Apts and therefore were never given the password for Apts Wi Fi.

Great while Vickys pub was open but not so good once the pub closed !

Great holiday location !!

Playa Marina is in Cabo Roig 10KM from Torrevieja. Near Playa Marina is a promenade within walking distance. All amenities are nearby and there are numerous restaurants and bars from typical Spanish to Thai. There are international shops at the rear of the apartment.

Cabo Roig and the surrounding areas are an excellent holiday location for golfers, families or even couples.

Torrevieja is a lively town with lots or great new bars and restaurant's with lots to do .

Every year we visit the location we find something new .

Travel:

Flights are available to Alicante or Murcia. From Alicante to Cabo Roig is only a 30/40mins drive where Murcia is only 15km away.

Distances:

Costa Blanca/Valencia/Alicante Province region

Cabo Roig and the surrounding areas are an excellent holiday location for golfers, families or even couples, you will not be disappointed .
