This is a well located two bedroom modern apartment that has been recently refurbished in October 2016 .We have also updated the furniture to provide a really comfortable stay. The property is in the heart of Cabo Roig amongst many fabulous bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, super markets, pharmacy and the doctor is located at the end of the road. So convenient for people that would like to stay local and close to the apartment and enjoy the local hospitality, its all within a stones throw away. Cabo roig and La Zenia beaches including they're beautiful harbours are within a 10 min walk. Which will provide you with stunning views along the promenade. There's a championship golf course Villa Martin close by and a great modern shopping centre called la Zenia boulevard, its the biggest in the province of Alicante. The apartment is situated on the quiet side of a gated and secure complex which also benefits from the sun all day, which will appeal to those sun worshippers. You can sit on the balcony which over looks the pool while sunning yourself. We have secure underground parking with lifts direct to your floor. This property is ideal for family's and friends etc. You will not be disappointed

Clean and central

We stayed for 10 days and found the accommodation to be perfect for our holiday. The apartment was spacious enough for the five of us, with everything we would need in it. The apartment, and the building itself including reception and pool, were very clean and very well maintained. The keyholder was very nice, very helpful and transfers to/from the airport were organised without any hassle. I felt quite safe there knowing that the complex was gated. Everything you could need is within 5 minutes walk including bars, restaurants, shops etc. which is ideal. We only ventured to the beach once simply because it was easier to be at the pool which had inflatables for kids and also a pool table, plus the ease of popping back upstairs to the apartment for drinks, lunch etc! There is a lovely promenade walk around the coastline leading to nearby beaches which we walked in the evenings to stretch our legs after dinner. I would recommend this property to friends or family wishing to have a sun holiday without the need for a car. I would point out that the balcony is long and narrow but this did not pose any problems for us. Overall we were very happy with the service provided by both the owners, and the keyholders and would definitely consider it again in the future for a sun holiday!

Grubby. Dirty

Apartment was grubby and dirty , owners told me to get a refund from the cleaners even tho the owners were told what state the property was in ... Would never stay there again or deal with the owners ... Stay well away

Owner's Response: I have owed the property for 12 years and would like to think we are very polity and accommodating with our guests. I myself stay at the property every year and can confirm that the property is in very good condition and always clean and tidy . After talking to our keyholders we discovered that tony was treated very well and was a very demanding guest . We found his comments to be very misleading and untrue . We have never received complaints about the cleanliness of the property. As we have guests that stay regularly every year. This confirms to me that everybody is doing a great job with the property . So I thank them for all there hard work . Warren

I bought this property in this area as it is a great location and I could see the potential in the expanding area. It has a lot to offer and is well located making it easy to visit other parts of the coast .We are NOT disappointed with our purchase and still look forward to our family holiday here each year .As we always find something new and new places to go .

Playa Marina is in Cabo Roig 10KM from Torrevieja. Near Playa Marina is a promenade within walking distance. All amenities are nearby and there are numerous restaurants and bars from typical Spanish to Thai. There are international shops at the rear of the apartment.

Cabo Roig and the surrounding areas are an excellent holiday location for golfers, families or even couples.

Torrevieja is a lively town with lots or great new bars

Flights are available to Alicante or Murcia. From Alicante to Cabo Roig is only a 40mins drive where Murcia is only 15km away.
