Frondeg is ideally placed for all that North Wales has to offer. Castles, beaches, golf courses, narrow gauge railways and, of course, mountains are all within easy reach together with many other attractions.
We have many beautiful sandy beaches in the area including Black Rock Sands which is a 15 minute drive away and boasts a beach large enough to drive onto.
Our nearest airports are Liverpool and Manchester and nearest main line station in Bangor. Use of a car is highly recommended because of the lack of public transport.
The nearest supermarket is in Porthmadog, 7 miles away.
Bangor is 40 minute drive and Caernarfon 30 minutes
The village offers a number of places to eat including three pubs, 3 or 4 gift shops, an Ice Cream Parlour of some renown and a general store and post office for emergency provisions.
