A 4 levels villa with a large capacity ,tastefully decorated. It is ideally located away from the crowds in summer, but close to ocean and bars. 2 bedrooms are opening into a fruit tree’s garden with a recreation area, sofas and chairs. The house has a fully fitted open –plan kitchen and a living room of 50 m2 with access to a large terrace.You will be delighted by a large terrace- solarium (54 m2) with a mountain view on the top floor equipped with kitchenette, seating area with sofas. Is in a 10 minutes walk from the centre of Los Cristianos.Along the promenade you will find lots of bars& restaurants. Los Cristianos Port, with ferry services to La Gomera, La Palma and Santa Cruz, is a 15 minutes walk .

We have just returned from our second stay in Natalia’s villa and would highly recommend it to others. The complex is located in a quiet area of Los Cristianos within a short walk of local bars, restaurants and a number of supermarkets. There are also a number of beaches within walking distance and we regularly walked to Las Vistas beach which is surrounded by numerous bars and restaurants catering for all tastes.

The villa itself is excellent. Each of the levels are comfortable, spacious and furnished to a very high standard. There is also wi-fi available throughout. The complex has 3 pools (2 larger and a shallow toddler pool). Most days the pool area was very quiet and was ideal for my 3-year-old daughter to play in safety.

This is a beautiful villa in a great location and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others. We will definitely be contacting Natalia again to arrange another stay soon.

Fantastic !

We arrived in this villa for 2 weeks in june. It was wonderful. Everything is new and with high quality equipment. The Owner was very sympathic and gave us all information we needed. Everything is very close to the villa and at the same time the villa is in a very quiet place. No neighbour in front of the villa. The owner came to pick us directly from the airport.

We spent lovely holidays with our 2 kids and my parents in law. For sure we found our home away from home for our holidays.

As a family of five, with children now aged 13,10 and 8, we have had a number of summer holidays in self catering accommodation. We can say without hesitation that this was the best that we have ever stayed in, and that includes properties on this website in Florida and the Canary Islands which were also fantastic.

The suite is located on the edge of Los Cristianos, but there is a wonderful view of Mount Garza across the road (it's well worth the effort to climb for the views over the town) but still only five minutes from the beach (and bar) at the Playa de Callao. The town centre is only 15 minutes walk away, but there are enough distractions along the route that you don't notice the time. The pools in the complex are clean and not packed with holiday makers (in the whole three weeks there was no need to reserve sunbeds - on some days we were the only ones using the facilities).The suite was cleaned once a week (full towel and bedding change) to the standard that it was presented upon arrival.

In short, we would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone else and look forward to coming back ourselves in the near future

Fabulous Family Holiday

We have recently returned from a wonderful week in a lovely house. The accommodation was of a high standard and there was more than enough space for all of us to find a quiet corner if we needed to ( 2 adults and three children). The pool area was quiet and the children loved it, mainly having the pool to themselves most of the time.The house is situated in a very quiet, tranquil complex yet there are numerous restaurants, bars and shops within a 10 minute walk. We hired a car as we had never visited Tenerife before and wanted to explore but you wouldn't necessarily need one as the beach was only 10 minutes away too. The house owner ( Natalia) was there to meet us when we arrived and was very friendly and welcoming.If we were to

return to Los Cristianos we would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Best yet

Having been in the tourist trade myself for many years, and being a keen Tenerife traveller (I have been there with my family every year for more than a decade; once on a four month stay) I think I can say with some authority that you are unlikely to find a better place to stay outside of the luxury hotels.

In most of the privately rented places you find the fifteen year old sofa, the discarded bed, the four cheap plates, the one frying pan: in short the cheapest furnishings you can get away with. This is signally not the case here, where you get a fully furnished and very stylish home away from home. Every room is top notch, and when you get a kitchen that has a toaster, a sandwich maker, citrus squeezer (and of course things like a dishwasher and a washing machine - certainly not the default in every rented place), you know that the owner is serious-minded about offering an upmarket experience.

This owner certainly is that, and to have a trusted landlord is an important aspect if you want your vacation to be smooth sailing all around. An example: two weeks into our stay, the boiler broke down. These things happen, and I resigned myself to the many phone calls and the long wait expected before we could again get hot water. I notified the owner in the morning. That _same day_ she bought a new one, found a repairman and had it installed (and was there to oversee all proceedings so we would not have to be involved at all). There is no way that I could have pulled that off back home. That kind of commitment is in my experience exceedingly rare.

So: any reservations? None whatsoever, but you should be advised that the complex is not the run-of-the-mill tourist place. If you must have a bustling pool area complete with a kiosk/bar and the like, then this is probably not for you. The fantastic pool area is for the most part tranquil (we stayed in the property for 3.5 months so this is nothing seasonal), with people relaxing or going for the occasional swim in the pools (one of which was heated during our stay). There will be the odd family with kids about, but not the scores or hundreds you might find in a resort. For this family (2 adults, and kids aged 12, 10 & 2.5) this was extremely appreciated.

Next time we go to Tenerife, this property is a given for us, and I use this space to say thanks to Natalia for having us, and that we could not be happier with our stay. We WILL return.
