Lovely house in quiet location

  • 5 of 5

Stayed here with our children (4 and 6). House was lovely - nice and spacious and well equipped, lots of thoughtful touches eg. Milk in the fridge, shower gels, plenty of tea towels, washing tablets, tea, coffee and sugar.

Lovely location, was about a 15min walk into the centre of Dunbar and we felt quite safe. There are playparks everywhere so walks always took a bit longer than expected with our children!

We were lucky with the weather so spent a lot of time on the beautiful beaches, but also headed to Edinburgh on the train one day as it was so convenient.

We had a lovely week and would definitely recommend this house if you wanted a home from home to explore the area.

such a nice clean and well presented house

  • 5 of 5

We were absolutely amazed at how clean and wonderful this property was. It was apparent that the owner is very proud of her property. I have to say this deserved more than 5 stars. We are still in shock, much, much more than we expected. the locality is quiet yet Dunbar especially the marina was a joy. Thank you very much for the use of the property. We will book again

Great Holiday

  • 5 of 5

Squeaky clean. Lots of useful instructions and more than enough household items for all our needs. The house backs onto a lovely wood full of flowers, birds and deer. I stayed with my daughter and 5 year old grandson. Lovely walks through the woods ; the area is full of little swing parks; or along the cliffs , or round the harbour. The pool has a shoot as well as a tidal wave. Within easy reach of the town and John Muir Country Park. Town has lots of lovely cafes and pubs. Asda is only a few minutes away. Jenny the owner is very nice and helpful. As good as it gets.

Great House

  • 5 of 5

This property is the best we have stayed in. It was clean, warm, cosy and homely and the lovely welcome tray was a lovely touch. The house is very spacious, nice big kitchen diner, with a lovely conservatory overlooking the garden which is visited by squirrels. The area is very quiet, their is an Asda store close by and Dunbar is only minutes away. Their are plenty of walks, and Dunbar is very bike friendly. I would not hesitate to book this property again.
