Perfect choice for 2 couples, or a family with 2 children, looking for the same comfort in both bedrroms and bathrooms.

Great view from this luxury apartment. Perfectly located 1st line on the Marina, midway from Ibiza center to Talamanca beach.The sunny terrace is facing the old city of Dalt Villa. By night the lights of the harbor and the city make a gorgeous view.

The apartment is luminous and comfortable, spacious and modern style, decorated in a white ambiance with warmed point of colours to feel the fresh ambiance and the warn Mediterranean. It is totally renovated to offer you the best comfort for your stay. There are all commodities: WiFi, A/c, safe box, private closed parking, large swimming pool and kids pool, and more.

Sleeps 4 : 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

Both bedrooms have a double bed king size, a private bathroom, A/C, and special curtains to stop theday light.

One bedroom has en suite bathroom, the second bedroom is opening on the terrace. The bedrooms are set on each side of the apartment for more privacy.

Fully equipped kitchen, totally new, oven, ceramic table cooking, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine Nespresso, grilled oven, Fridge/Freezer, Hob/Stove, Iron, Microwave, Oven, Washing Machine.

The family kitchen is opening on the living room and there is a large bar to sit 4 guest.

The living room is spacious and opening with sliding doors on the terrace, and furnished in a modern style, with warm touch of colors. Satelite TV.

Terrace with wood floor and with wood furnitures, it enjoys a great view on Dalt villa and the harbor, also over the pool and garden.

Large swimming pool (about 8x16 m) with an additional small pool (4m diameters) for kids. The pool is sunny and surrounded by a garden and there are free use sun beds.

Free private Parking underground.

Perfect area very well located on the Marina of Ibiza city, this well none marina has a safe walking/biking way from Ibiza to Talamanca, a kinder garden, a gym area, a doggy green…. and more!

Down the apartment there is a taxi boat to across the harbor from the Marina to the old city in a few minutes, or there is 10 minute walking distance to Ibiza center or Talamanca beach. Perfectly surrounded by many attractive and famous places, the apartment is conveniently located in between the Casino, Lio cabaret restaurant , Pacha night club, Blue Marlin Marina and Cipriani restaurant. On the marina all commodities are available: pharmacy, grocery, restaurants, shopping .... And with the taxi head and the bus stop at the corner, it is not necessary to rent a car.

Meryl June 2014: Welcoming owner who lives on site. Beautiful apartment, equipped with all the necessities. Within minutes of the marina and the surprisingly underdeveloped Talamanca beach. Some spectacular yachts and Ibiza Old Town created the perfect view from the spacious balcony. Also a frequent 15-30 min ferry boat across to the old town packed with lovely restaurants. Well maintained grounds and large, clean swimming pool. Overall, the apartment was perfect for the relaxing holiday we wanted!

The Apartment is 800 m from Talamanaca beach, 7 mn walking.

Talamanca Beach borders the Bay next to the harbor. It has the advantage of being near the city centre but offering a paradisiacal landscape. Always protected from the wind, it has thin natural sand. It is 900 metres long and 25-30 metres wide. In addition, this beach offers many services, what makes it a nice and convenient place. It can be accessed by public transport, and it is the taxi boat in between ibiza center and Talamanca.

Along the marina a walkway very safe, 10 minutes walk to Ibiza center.

Around many restaurants and bars all along the marina, and along talamanca beach, and of course in town. Everything walking distance.

On the Port is the fabulous Casino, Pacha night club (thurdsday with David Guetta), Blue Marlin marina, Lio cabaret, Cipriani restaurant…and soon Le cirque du soleil ! Here the luxury yacht marinas, at Marina Botafoch and Ibiza Nueva, are graced with the floating palaces of Ibiza's jetset regulars, who migrate here faithfully at the start of each summer to keep their rendezvous with the most famous nightlife in the Med.

We can really recommend a stroll around the quays and jetties of the Marina. Some of the biggest floating pleasure palaces you have ever seen are berthed in Ibiza (most of the time with a scantily-clad sun worshipper adorning the cushioned decks!). At both Marinas (Botafoch and Nueva) there are some excellent restaurants, cafés and shopping from which to enjoy the view and the atmosphere. And located next to TALAMANCA BEACH

Talamanca Beach borders the Bay next to the harbour. It is separated by an isthmus, where the Botafoch lighthouse is located. It has the advantage of being near the city centre but offering a paradisical landscape. Always protected from the wind, it has thin natural sand. It is 900 metres long (the longest in the municipality) and 25-30 metres wide.

In addition, this beach offers many services, what makes it a nice and convenient place, excellent for dinghy sailing. It can be accessed by public transport, car, bicycle, or even on foot. Another popular form of transport is the so called “barca de Talamanca”, a boat that takes you to this beach from the Eivissa harbour.

On the checkout day of the tenant, the deposit is fully refundable in cash unless there are damages to the property, missing/broken things, or exceptional cleaning for non respect of the place.
