The sunny top floor apartment has it's own separate entrance and private secure parking, a south facing terrace outside it's kitchen, a private garden of about 300m2 on the same level, another south facing terrace of about 30m2 on the top level with stunning views of the valley.

It has a kitchen, a living room(with air conditioning), a bedroom(with air conditioning), a bathroom with WC and a separate 2nd WC. The generous pool of 12x6m is set on a separate level of the property. Sun chairs, parasols and pool towels are available. The pool area is closed off with iron gates for security. The village centre is a 2 min walk away. There you can fetch your fresh baguette and newspaper, shop for groceries or enjoy eating out in various restaurants. Unfortunately the property is not suited for toddlers up to 5 years of age because of the terraced garden.

Fantastic holiday in a beautiful location

Well equipped apartment in lovely location, great pool and outside space, picking the figs from the trees for breakfast was a treat. Katja is a great host her restaurant and local knowledge was much appreciated. The apartment is ideally located for a quiet getaway but close enough to Cannes, Nice and Antibes, we had a great holiday and would highly recommend.

An excellent holiday

A beautifully clean and well organised property and a lovely welcome. Excellent facilities (including AC, a pool table and a swimming pool). Great location! A slight downside, more about us than anything else, we felt a little uncomfortable about sharing the swimming pool with B&B people but we got over it! Overall, excellent!

Wow this is a Shangri la!

Loved this 5star place ! Peaceful , set in stunning gardens , walkable to local bakery and restaurants with a good sized pool

Aircon was excellent and we needed it , bed v large and comfy , large en suite , many outside private places to eat in shade or sun . For my wife and I , it was a great get away , the owners ( English & german ) live on site with their 3 boys but are unobtrusive , and totally separate access to their house is even on a different street , but available for advice

You need a car to get here , but it is only 40 mins from Nice airport , there are lovely medieval hilltop villages to visit , lots of arty areas with lots to do and see

This is one of the best places we've stayed in Katya and Joss and brilliant hosts , worth every penny . We stayed a week but could have stayed longer , we'll be back !

Wonderful Holiday

Fantastic place to stay! Spacious, stylish and immaculate with everything you need. Up in the hills away from the hustle and bustle but easily accessible to the coast. We visited Cagnes-Sur-Mer, Grasse, Monaco, Sainte-Maxime and St Tropez.

Katja is a brilliant host, helpful and welcoming but not intrusive.

Highly recommend, we will be returning:)

What a lovely place to stay.....

Our family have just returned from a fantastic week here. The apartment and pool were spotlessly clean. Katja made us all very welcome and was always available for local information/advice. I would strongly recommend a visit to Castellane/Verdon and also Monte Carlo is less than an hour away. Our children loved the pool and trampoline. Each evening we ate outside on top veranda overlooking the valley, perfect. The weather was gorgeous and the air con worked beautifully for a comfortable nights sleep. We will definitely return.

Fabulous apartment, unbelievable value!

My husband and I stayed in this apartment in June 2015 for 2 weeks and I can honestly say that the apartment is actually better than it looks on the photographs! It is in a wonderful position, we had sole use of the fantastic pool area and the views were breath taking.

The apartment itself is huge, it is spotlessly clean and it all feels beautifully looked after and well maintained. The kitchen is well appointed and we really enjoyed cooking in it. The bed was super comfy and the was bathroom incredibly generous.

On top of this our hosts were very welcoming and generous without being intrusive. They were on hand for help and advice but left us to our own devices. We felt totally secluded and the peace and beauty of the gardens and pool were truly remarkable.

This is an ideal place to stay if you want to explore the south of France with easy access to Cannes, Nice and Antibes, and wonderful small villages to amble through in the local area. The village itself is lovely, with some unexpectedly superb restaurants, all within walking distance from the apartment.

And on top of this, we felt that it offered amazing value for money. We would definitely go back and will be recommending to our friends and family. This may all sound too good to be true, but it was the best place we have stayed for a very long time, and if you want a beautiful, sparkling apartment, this is the place.
