The penthouse is positioned on the third floor of this popular apartment building and has an open plan arrangement to take full advantage of the incredible sea views through the patio doors that lead to the balcony. There is a useful mezzanine level providing additional seating with a TV, exercise bike and desk for anyone needing to study or work. There is lift access from the ground hallway and the bedrooms are all on one level,although there are a six steps up from the roadside. Enjoying a central position close to the harbour, you can enjoy morning strolls to enjoy coffee on the harbour side or lunch in one of many restaurants and cafes in the town. Parking is in a nearby car park on the other side of the harbour roughly 5 minutes walk, a permit is provided. Space permitting it is possible to park outside for 1hr to unload.

The apartment is just a few minutes walk from Cheyne Beach and the sandy beach at the harbour. The seafront and coastal path also all just a short walk away. Tunnels Beaches is about a 20 minute walk from the apartment.


The nearest airport is Exeter and the nearest rail station is Barnstaple.


The large family and popular surfing beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde are a short ten minute drive. Family days out at The Big Sheep and Combe Martin Wildlife Park, are within half hours drive.
