Within 2 minutes walk of the harbour side, shops, restaurants and cafes, the apartment is also just around the corner from the coastal footpath and the Harbour beach and Tunnels Beach are both walking distance. For those seeking larger stretches of sand, the award winning beaches of Woolacombe & Croyde are a short car journey.

The penthouse is positioned on the third floor of this popular apartment building with lift and stairs access, and has an open plan arrangement to take full advantage of the incredible sea views through the patio doors that lead to the balcony. There is a useful mezzanine level providing additional seating with a TV, exercise bike and desk for anyone needing to study or work. There are two bedrooms the double with en-suite shower room.

Access to the apartment block is six steps up from the roadside.

The location is in a central position close to the harbour, you can enjoy morning strolls to enjoy coffee on the harbour side or lunch in one of many restaurants and cafes in the town. Parking is in a nearby car park on the other side of the harbour roughly 5 minutes walk, a permit is provided. Space permitting, it is possible to park outside for 1hr to unload.

Distances:

The large family and popular surfing beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde are a short ten minute drive. Family days out at The Big Sheep and Combe Martin Wildlife Park, are within half hours drive.

There is much to enjoy in the town of Ilfracombe, a once popular Victorian seaside resort, now boasting modern galleries, fashionable cafes, shops and restaurants; the Damien Hirst bronze statue 'Verity' standing tall at the entrance of the harbour. Visit the Tunnels Beaches, with its seawater swimming pool and rock pools, perfect for little ones to paddle safely.
