This is really lovely and well looked after apartment in a really quiet complex but within 2 minutes of the bars and restaurants. Huge terrace that gets winter sun from around 9.30am till 4.00pm just what we love as sitting by the pool is not for us. Reg met us at the apartment and went thru everything he clearly takes great pride in his apartment and rightly so it is lovely, we will definately try and book again for our next visit. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment if you are looking for a relaxing holiday in lovely quiet complex but very near to the action of the Strip.
The apartment was very clean and comfortable, home from home. Very comfortable furniture and bedrooms. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Christmas decorations had been put up which I thought was a lovely touch. Everything you needed was in the apartment for your stay. Sky TV, movies and sports as well as WiFi was great and appreciated by our 2 boys. The huge roof terrace off the upstairs bedroom was great for spending your days sunbathing.
Apartments are ideally situated being a 2 minute walk from the strip with all the bars, restaurant and shops are. 2 supermarkets are also very close by.
The complex itself was pretty quiet when we were there, only negative point was the swimming pool was very cold - but this wouldn't stop me returning again.
We also had the pleasure of meeting the lovely owners, Reg & Gail who were on hand if we had any problems or issues, which fortunately we didn't.
I would definitely recommend this apartment and would hope to return again sometime in the future.
the apartment was spotless when we arrived. Realy nice apartment in a good location. Spar supermarket, Hairdressers and bike hire on same road which leads down to sea front and strip with bars and restaraunts.Hired bikes and went to arrecife cycle path which follows the sea front for most off the way. My wife used hairdressers 17 euros wash and straighten. Reg aranged airport transfers which made everything stress free.
The apartment has everything you could wish for very clean,comfortable beds and pillows. So close to all restaurants,bars, the apartments are very quite,no hills to climb only 50rds to walk to the strip& beach. Would recommend this apartment to friends & family , hoping to return next Christmas

I have stayed at this apartment on several occasions over the past few years with and without my family and have recommended to several of my friends who in turn have re-booked and recommended to their friends - the property is very well equipped if you wish to cook - i never have as the choice of restaurants are plentiful - my particular favorite is dreams for breakfast overlooking the sea and mojito a short walk away ! my husband loves the live music bars which again is only a short walk away - the apartment i feel is ideally positioned as you are only a stones throw from everything but far enough away if you want a quiet night in with no noise - my husband and i have already booked again next june 1st - cant wait
